Sphinx and Solr engine

Magento search is probably a problem for most of Magento user and I think Sphinx and Solr are what all Magento store need. So if these engine can be installed, it must be very convenience.

Is there any advance on the use of Solr? It is really required for Drupal

More than three years and nothing... Unfortunately I can't stop the time to delay deadlines because you choose to work only with elasticsearch.

Couldways has added OpenCart as an option, and any large OpenCart store *needs* Sphinx for search. It's by far the best option for OpenCart and there is a free OpenCart module to work with Sphinx. There is no such module available for Elasticsearch, unfortunately. Please add Sphinx ASAP.

Another +1 for Solr, required for my Drupal setup. I would love to try cloudways, but Solr is a requirement.

Apache Solr is essential for replacing Drupal's native search index. Really can't think of using your service without it.
