We have started working on the “Staging” feature, we are hoping to have it available by May end.
A major downfall of the current setup is that my certificate cannot be cloned. Not can I create a new certificate for my cloned site. This means https won't work on my cloned site. And must browsers won't even let me look at http, even if my access rules allow http.
This makes the cloning for dev or staging useless.
We really need Let's Encrypt certificate to function on our cloned dev sites.
... AND the Ability do DELETE Server backups that are no longer needed !
App backups rather than full server backups would be Great as well.
We can create On Demand Backups.
But we have No way of deleting unneeded backups once we have made major website changes.
Net Effect: we have Much space taken up by Garbage for a long period of time, we must Pay for "garbage" continually, until Cloudways decides to Finally Delete it, and restore this space to us.
Even Windows allows a max backup space, and other services offer a 'max number of backups to keep' setting. These are basic These are not the Ideal settings, but it's certainly better than Cloudways allows for.
Instead Cloudways locks us out of a whole section of our server space, with no control over it whatsoever. We cannot even see how much space this is !
We also NEED the capability to Delete Backups
On Demand that we no longer want or need !!
It's eating up our server space.
And incurring charges for holding Garbage data that we can neither delete, nor re-use.
This is an Obvious Hand-in-hand to Backup On Demand.
It's also obvious for cases where a restructure has occurred, and old automated backups are completely irrelevant !

You can easily achieve this via the Dump and Import features of the Click&Go Mysql Manager from console. We think that this should be enough for most cases.
So then can you place a link to this from the backups tab.
Many of your menu items are difficult to find.

Paul can you list any other functionality that is not working with Firebox (besides clicktocopy) and the version of Firefox you are using and in which OS?. This will help.
We do try to test console functionality in all browsers/OS combinations, but we may have missed some.
