Even after reading the Wordfence blog post that Ron posted, I think this is still a good feature request.
There is zero downside to generating a prefix with some random characters -- if it's done at the time of installation, which is what we're talking about here.
The upside might be small, but there's still a benefit. Even if it makes sites *slightly* less vulnerable, why not do it?
SSL will be soon available for MySQL/Database web manager.
Yes, please! I am using Sucuri's CloudProxy, and they have four ranges of IP addresses that should be whitelisted (including IPv4 and v6):
There isn’t any standard specification or list of user agents available to differentiate between the devices.
However we are assessing situation.
Yes, please! On WordPress with WP Touch, we can't enable Varnish because it'll just create one "bucket" of cached pages.
Ideally, Varnish would create separate versions for desktop & mobile browsers...but barring that, if we could exclude by user agent, we could at least still cache desktop pages.

Michael, we definitely allow SFTP access https://support.cloudways.com/how-to-connect-to-your-application-using-sftp/.
About database access, it can only be done via SSH with the master credentials (https://support.cloudways.com/how-to-manage-your-databases-using-mysql-workbench/). For security reasons, we can’t leave the mysql port open to the world.
@MichaelR -- I use Code Guard with two sites at Cloudways (both on Digital Ocean) and it works fine.
First, be sure to whitelist Code Guard's IP addresses in the Cloudways panel (Server Admin->Security.) You may then need to open a ticket with Code Guard to ask them to set up the site manually... the automated setup process may still have problems, but once they get it working for you it should be fine.
If they get stuck, tell them to look at support ticket 14676, where Taylor solved this for me... :)
