Add Full URL path to files to Application Management tab
This is the part of the file path that precedes your document root (eg /home/<your-id>.cloudwaysapps.com/<your-user>/publichtml/publichtml/). This is relatively easy to find but simply posting it as part of the application information would save needless steps.

What do you think about option to see exactly the state of storage taken by app, storage left etc. Would something like that be doable?

Require application names to be unique
I found out today that you can have several applications with the exact same name. This can be confusing, and I suggest that it should check this before creating a new application, requiring application names to be unique.

Create Own Default Custom Testing URL
I would like to ensure that the test account we create for our clients takes our own test domain name by default when we create a new app. (before domain is added)
eg - test-app-name.my-company-domain.com
It would be better to automatically set our own Domain Name on the server to make sharing the test server with clients easier.

Easier access to support
Put a Support button directly on the console screen (where it says Servers Applications Team etc). There's currently no easy way to navigate to Support from that view.

Make it easier to switch views
Can you please make it so that I can click on the words "SERVERS" and "APPLICATIONS" to switch, instead of only on the tiny actual switch?
Thanks in advance

Show in Graph which processes are causing huge spikes on my wordpress website
Just like we have the Task Manager in Windows platform and Activity Monitor on Mac, I would like to see a similar utility in my Cloudways Panel where I can see which processes are causing hugh spikes on my server resources and also I should have the option to force quit them.
I know implementing this option is difficult, but if done it will be an excellent addition to your solutions.

Add total memory usage (including buffers/cache) to monitoring tab for autoscaling Kyup servers
Kyup autoscaling triggers from total memory usage (including cache and buffers) however that statistic is not viewable from the Cloudways dashboard. The Free Memory chart reports the available memory +/- buffers and cache.
This causes confusion for users of Kyup, since scaling may occur unexpectedly when comparing to stats in the monitoring tab.
