Deployment via Git - Verbose error message
I ran into a "random" thing today trying to authenticate Github repo.
I tried multiple times to authenticate and on each time I got error "Unfortunately, operation failed due to unexpected error."
I contacted support and they were able to use the same repo as I did and it authenticated fine.
Support also was not able to see any errors for today.
A bit of a mystery what exactly happened - verbose error message might have helped :)

Remove username/password restrictions on htaccess "Password Protection"
Currently when setting "Password Protection" on a staging server, the username field has a restriction of "Only lowercase alphanumeric characters are allowed", and the password field has a series of requirements for a strong password.
I am all for password strength in most cases, but in the case of htpasswd protection, I think people have a variety of use cases. For instance you may want to only provide reasonable protection on a staging server to keep search engines, and bots out, etc etc. And often times you share staging with a client.

Allow to create multiple Origin Server with cloudflare
Origin Certificates
Generate a free TLS certificate signed by Cloudflare to install on your origin server.Origin Certificates are only valid for encryption between Cloudflare and your origin server.
When I try to do this with cloudway just have the option for one domain and not multiple domains.
I hope cloudway create the option to add more domains and not just one.

Allow CW Signup with any email address (not only Gmail)
Currently, it's only possible to create a new account with either a Gmail address or a branded email address.
I strongly encourage you and suggest allowing any email addresses to create a Cloudways account.
Gmail → can't force a client to use Gmail
Branded email → if the branded email should be migrated to Cloudways (using Rackspace) then its not recommended to use this email address to manage the CW account itself.Workaround: Change email address after account creation. But this can be only done once. And it's again an annoying process for a client who needs to do that…

Have a Password Protect for any Application just like Staging Applications

Accept Ed25519 keys on the Dashboard/Console
Please, consider adapting the Dashboard to allow the adding of Ed25519 keys for SSH sessions.
RSA, the cryptographic method currently in place for SSH sessions, is mathematically breakable, which is why long keys are necessary to keep security; nevertheless, there is always the possibility they could be cracked. Also, for long term protection, RSA keys should now, supposedly, contain at least 15360 bits; of course, this is unrealistic in a real environment, as it decreases performance and increases strain on the communication channels.

Add a note option for whitelisted IP addresses
Under the security tab, make it possible to add a note for every whitelisted IP address. Then I can remember which IP address is the one off coworking space, which is the developer that’s no longer working for us, quickly find my old IP address after my ISP changes it again, etc. -- all allowing me to keep IP addresses that are whitelisted tidy and at a minimum.

Post-migration synchronization delay notice
I had my first migration and it failed (sort of) - the application crashed and was unavailable, and was also impossible to delete.
I tried another migration, with the same result - but by the time the second migration was completed, the first one suddenly started working!
The support agent was just as confused as I was. He did mention this problem occurs sometimes.
I suggest to include a small "please allow 5 minutes after migration for server synchronization". This could save a lot of support time and frustration (After the second migration failed I was ready to throw in…

in this area when looking at all servers
i have a bunch of servers now and it would just make my life easier to see some of that info at scale
and I'd be more likely to upgrade something (more money for you guys) if I can see it all in a list like that

Exclude specific static content/file types from Nginx cache
SUGGESTION: Add Function/Button to SERVER or APP Dashboard to exclude specific static filetypes from being served by the Nginx server / static cache
USE CASE: Membership Websites or Knowledge Management Site have the need of protecting access to specific static content. For example, certain Pdf-documents, Excel-Sheets, etc.
We currently manage access to such files via a Wordpress membership plugin. However the plugin / htaccess gets bypassed by the Nginx cache.
Cloudways support can implement such file exclusions from Nginx literally within seconds. But it seems that their settings/override gets reset at certain intervals (perhaps by server maintenance or restarts.)

When trying to PUSH/PULL selected database tables from staging, list tables in single-column non-iframed list
When choosing only selected database tables to PUSH or PULL from staging to live website it is VERY difficult to both read or find the tables because of you choice of layout. I'm numbering things so replies can reference each point.
PROBLEMS
- Tables are listed in four columns
- Tables are inside a quite small iframe that forces us to scroll around 6 pages in length... it's like only being allowed to look through a peephole at large document.
- Table names are truncated with an ellipsis (...) if they don't fit in the width of the column and for me that's…

Show SSL across the server in one place
Can we have an information window for the sever showing which applications have an SSL certificate enabled and which don't (expired) ...
We have had issues with auto renewal not working and without going to each application in turn, it is impossible to see at a glance which renewals have failed

Ability to nickname Team account instead of showing primary account holder's first name
I would like the ability to give an account a nickname as a team member. When I have multiple accounts in my dropdown, they only show the primary account holder's first name. If you have two accounts in there with Mark as the first name, it's confusing.

Improve CRON jobs
- Allow arguments in the 'simple' cron interface
- Allow quotes 'simple' cron interface
- Add functionality to test a cron with a button, and show it's response (like Plesk)
- Have a clear location for logs when errors are given in crons
