Add dashboard for applications
We have a console for Servers, where we can list all of our servers, enter each one and see the list of Applications on that server (by hitting application management and then viewing the drop-down list)
I'd like a console for viewing all applications, independent of server, so we could find a specific site without having to trudge through each server screen.
It'd simply act as a list of shortcuts directly into the Application Management screen for each.
At the end of the day, we only care about our Applications, that we need servers to host them is incidental, ideally…

Improve Cron job feature
use the actual cron job in a php project is not secure.
We need to add the php file in the public_html folder (not secure)
We can't set an argument to prevent hacker to launch many time the file (not secure)
We can't use something in the URL like xxxx.php?pwd=yyyy (not secure, same problem than previously)Will you make something in these case ?

Slow initial console login when having lots of servers
I have around 30-35 servers on my dashboard. When we login, it takes around 1 minute to show the list. So everytime I log into CloudWays, it takes around 1 minute to show my server list...It's comming slower and slower as I add new servers.....

Have a client login feature for a single application
At the moment additional users have access to the whole server and all apps. It would be nice to allow clients to have access to only their application so they can manage the db, cron jobs etc.
We are moving sites from cPanel and some of the more techie clients expect this.

Clone from one server to another multiple times (change user on clone)
When you clone an app from one server to another, it keeps the same Unix/Linux user and MySQL database name, user and password. Thus, if you clone an app from one server to another, you can't repeat the process later, unless you delete the 1st clone.

fade / move notification popup
It is a pain in the ass to have to click the mini "x" after a trivial task is performed. perhaps, make the notification disappear after a few seconds or just move the notification to the left or right and not from the top near the DROPDOWN

Lowercase
Hello!
When i hover over the "i" symbol right to "x apps" i get "Domain.Com" at "https://clickngo.cloudways.com/server/list/". I think that it would be better if it was all lowercase. "domain.com".

Add the functionality to search for a specific app on the server page or list them all in one place.
For users that have many many servers and many apps on each of those servers it is hard to find specific applications quickly. As my server/apps list continues to get larger and larger it will only grow to be a bigger problem.
Maybe a "quicklinks" area at the top of the page that has a dropdown of all your applications listed alphabetically, when chosen you will be taken to the details page of that specific app as it does currently.
Aggregating all the servers applications into one additional place for selection, I think, would be the best and most simple…

Permit restores when free disk space is available !
Today i've facing a BIG problem :
- I have a DO 2GB Server with 40GB disk
- My apps (total) take about 20GB of disk (50%)
- One of my apps take about 5MB
- I can't restore that app (or any other app) as i have "no free available disk space" ??
After contacting the support they told me that "Yes, if all your applications size is 20 GB, then you need more then 20GB of free disk space as system count total size of all the hosted applications, not the single app."

Backup single applications
Actually, we can take SERVER backups but we can RESTORE single applications. This is good but it would be great if we could also take a backup of a single application.
Consider this : we'll deploy an upgrade but before we want to made a backup that we can restore just after deployment if anything goes wrong.
- Actually, we need to take a full server backup, which takes several minutes ;
- I f we could made a backup of this single app, it would take 90% less time.

Option to download a full application backup from console (web files + database)
I want downloadable backups to transfer them to some other server or our inhouse server.
It is very important to have different locational or different provider to have my backup
as somefine day if something happens to your infra (i really don't wish) but data is crucial and i want to be dead sure
i have 5 customers to refer to but with out option of thirdparty backup they will not get to you100 votesThis has now been completed. In Server tab, under Backup section you can now enable “Local Backups”.
This will take, additionally to the off-site backup, a local application backup (both files and database) in the local_backup sub-folder of each application. Just one backup set (latest) will be stored there.
You can automate downloading backups to wherever you want via SSH/SFTP.
We are going to create KB’s and a blog post related to this new feature. Will post links here when done.

Multiple SSH keys per server

Please allow multiple keys to be uploaded.

Disk Space Details/Quota Per Application
At the Application Tab. Display Application Disk Data and Disk DB usage in numeric stats and Chart.
Purpose - to help us determine what app has increased in size and/or to help manage disk size.

Menu link to https://support.cloudways.com 24/7 support from Application Console
It's super annoying that when you're in the application console, you have to click Member Area, then click 24/7 Support to get to https://support.cloudways.com. I have them bookmarked now, but it would be nice to get from one to the other. I don't spend much, if any time in the members area. The main 2 places I use Application Console & Support. It would be so nice to be able to get from one to the other quickly.

Whitelisted IP Addresses from console
Add the ability to whitelist an IP Address or series of IP's from the Server Settings Screen so that is not effected by the DenyHosts feature "Added the following hosts to /etc/hosts.deny:"

Modern new user interface - Click&Go
Some plans to do better interface of your panel ? I know that its not so critical than functions, but still interface need to follow great function :)
If you check your partners DigitalOcean or now even new beta SendGrid panel it looks nice, clean and simple.This panel looks little bit oldies for that kind of quality technology what you offers. I think your quality service deserve also quality user interface.
My view is, that ''member area'' looks nice and it would be much better if also panel looks similar way.
I understand that you use many external systems…
23 votesSo, a bit later than expected but our new console & website are here!. Console, while keeping the simplicity and usability of previous one, is now much nicer and modern (fully developed using Google Material-design guidelines).
You have a link to test it inside the old console. After receiving feedback and doing the necessary improvements will set it as default.
You can leave your feedback through a survey accessible inside the new console.

Possibility to create folder above public_html for ClicknGO plan
ClicknGo plan does not allow to create a folder above publichtml. We have an application that requires repository folder created above publichtml to run in a secure mode. We only have option to upgrade our plan to PowerGrid due to this. An option to create a folder above public_html that would also be backed up to offsite backup would make ClicknGo a perfect plan.
