Ability to create a staging site without cloning an application
Currently, you have to create an application and then clone it to create a staging site. For every new client we bring on we have to create 2 applications and only 1 is getting used. Would prefer to just be able to click "create new staging environment" and then start building. If we land 10 clients next month there's 20 applications and half are just in the way.
Also would be nice if we could launch a staging environment with a prebuilt version of WordPress that we have already modified and keep improving.

Ability for CW Cloudflare Enterprise to auto-refresh for html sites.
Ability for CW Cloudflare Enterprise to know when html sites content is updated so it is delivered fresh - eg - html, images, js, etc. Not sure if thats possible but perhaps there could be an ini files or text file that depecited version for it to look for.

Multiple email senders
Please add multiple email senders to each server or application (if using elastic mail). Seriously, ecommerce website will need multiple email senders such as no-reply, orders, account. Cloudways only has 1 email senders, so what the point of advertising hosting eCommerce website here, and Cloudways hasnt thought about it? Thank you

Allow for custom backup frequency at the App level (not just server)
When a site is in dev we need to have backups done like 4x/day to ensure nothing is lost as we make progress on the site. Nothing worse than to rollback to a previous day backup and lose all work done over the past day.

Applications table status might help for many people here
application table with status field in many aspects like:
SSL, Domain Name, varnish, backup

The recovered app's URL is being modified.
After restoring deleted apps with temporary URLs, the URLs switch to another temporary URL. Accidental deletion could lead to significant issues because of this URL change. Additionally, since the deleted apps were WordPress sites, the stylesheets path is altered, requiring me to reach out to the support team for assistance. I also didn't realize that the app name would be changed to 'recover-appname,' so I had to search for the app once the recovery was complete.
Fixing the temporary URL change after recovery would be a lifesaver.

Automatic/ Scheduled Application-level Backups
At the moment, we can schedule server-level backups but can only take manual application-level backups.
As a business owner with multiple websites, this is not ideal. When one website needs to be restored, I have to restore all and lose money when they are down (which they didn't need to be) and time from all the lost work.
It would be great to enable automatic/ scheduled application-level backups instead. This would enable us to only restore the application that needs to be restored (instead of forcing us to restore all), and we could also set different backup schedules to discriminate…

Cloudflare bandwidth reporting and the ability to block traffic.
It would be nice to get Cloudflare Enterprise bandwidth reporting. For example list top bandwidth utilizing IPs and a feature to block traffic.

File upload for Certificates
It would help my colleagues a lot if they could upload the certificate files to add a custom one.
Could you enable file upload for the certificate file and the key file?

Laravel Servers Dashboard and Management Improvements
Improve the management for Laravel applications, right now everything has to be done manually.
- Implement automatic deployments/webhooks
- Add a deployment script to run on every commit.
- Env file managementI was looking for something similar to Laravel Forge but ended up with the same dashboard for a Wordpress App

Multiple Lower Applications
We love the staging feature, but we really need more than one for our pipeline, specifically a dev environment we can easily pull the prod database onto just like the staging enironement, is this on the roadmap anywhere?

Reset Wordpress
Cloudways makes it very easy to delete a WordPress application. However, I have to perform the same steps (assigning domain name, SSL certificate etc) when reinstalling a fresh WordPress installation.
I would like to suggest a reset button for wordpress which would reinstall a clean wordpress installation and database, so the domain and SSL would not need to change.

Add the possibility of placing a complete order for the Supervisor
We'd like to have total autonomy in adding supervisor jobs for our Symfony projects. At the moment it's impossible to add the Messenger component control via the interface.
It's the same problem as the crons, the spaces don't go through but at least we have the option of adding the cron command manually in the Advanced tab.
This is not the case for the Supervisor.

Allow staging apps to be recover-able
Staging environments are for developing new functionalities - they are important too! That's why making them recoverable is essential. I deleted a staging env by mistake yesterday and I know how it feels like when you realised that it's not recover-able!

To be able to download the most recent backup locally from remote location eg: amazon bucket etc
Give access to remote location to download a freshly created backup directly without the need to talk to support and ask to transfer the backup from eg: amazon bucket to the server and download it, thus consuming server recources like bandwidth, cpu / ram etc.

clone with crons
I have a great website (WP Application) that requires 4 crons for it to stay updated. But when I clone this site in my Cloudways dashboard, the resulting site does not have any crons. This cloned site does not update, and requires adjustment of the complex Cron formula every time?
Please allow a "Clone with CRONS" option when I clone an Application. Thank you!
