Allow us to completely remove applications
I would like to be able to delete applications from deleted applications without having to wait 15 days.

Separate manual backups from automatic (persistent) + ability to rename
Hi,
You should implement backups the same way some of the best web hosting providers do:
1) Separate manual backups from the automated ones.
1.1) Manual backups should be "persistents" so they don't just disappear as the automated backups go on. Hence, the separate list only containing manual backups.To avoid abuses, you can limit to 5 or even 3 maximum "spots" of manual backups at the same time. That way, we are forced to delete some to make further manual backups, so that we never exceed the limit of manual backups spots.

As a company, we want to provide tiered hosting for our customers.
Ideally, we'd like to offer a standard package with up to "1gb" space, and then a premium package with up to e.g "5gb/unlimited" amount of space.
Is this something that could be easily implemented?

Add Jitsi Meet
Can you please add Jitsi Meet. I'm currently using Linode for this and would like a simpler way or install and manage this with less maintenance so I can focus on other jobs. I know Cloudways would be more expensive but it would be worth if it was managed and as hassle free as possible.

Add a Project Management tab for application
We would love to be able to add tasks for each project that we can communicate with the client with! That would be the ultimate solution. Thanks!

Let us create staging/clones for multiple sites/applications at once
When we perform site care monthly for 100+ sites, having to wait for each staging to build before spinning up staging for another site slows everything down a lot.
I'd love to be able to select multiple applications and initiate creation of a staging or clone at once so I can set up the sites for that day without having to check back in every few minutes to start the next staging site.

Cron job email notification from server
We want cron job notification for each run configured in cron job notification. Currently there is no way to get alert for success or failure. We don't want to configure in our application /programming to get email. Its similar like we have in Cpanel account, that send email to account user email configured.

Allow us to reorder / change the order of the applications
When you connect to the Cloudways plateform, you go to the Applications section. There, it would be really nice if we could be able to slide up/down the applications, so that we could modify the order of the applications.

Would be great if it was possible to create your own application templates with the default plugins/themes/settings that very often are in use.

manage e-mails on application level
It would be great if it was possible to manage e-mails from Rackspace on the application level. This would make it easier to just give clients access to their application and they could add and remove their own e-mailaddresses.

Get DB/file path name with API endpoint

Share Application Login Credentials across a team account
When adding new application level credentials these credentials are only visible to the user who created them, not to other users of the team.
This effectively means that if a member of the team is deactivated or away, these credentials cannot be changed/deleted.

Bot protection : Add the possibility to find user or IP address with real date of events
Bot protection: Please add the possibility to find a user or an IP address (with real date of events) and to do a specific list (user or IP) and with the possibility to sort by field in the list (date, failed, succeeded).

Application Sort List by last accessed
Current there is Application sort by
Name,
Date Created,
Projects
Servers
StagingCan we have one more which is by last accessed
Also if we can have a quick 'pin to top' option so it can list on top..
Becase for people who have like 10+ applications is very hard to get to the application we are working on immediatelly,
If this can save even 10 secs, it will be really nice for everyone.
