varnish settings
In Application SETTINGS -> VARNISH SETTINGS I would like to be able to set which urls to cache rather than which urls not to cache. Some applications which are not supported (custom php, drupal...) are very complex and it's very long and difficult to find out all the urls where varnish create problems but it's very easy to find 3-4 urls which account for 70/90% of the traffic and which can be cached.

API endpoint for updating / creating Wordpress Users
Currently when you use the API to add a Wordpress install it generates Admin WP credentials for you (Under the Admin Panel section).
I would love to see an API endpoint where just like the "Create App Credentials" endpoint you can just change the email and password of the generated WP login. This way if you manage many different clients you don't have to manually change / add WP logins.

The fact that it has email creation services like other hosting services
It is important to have everything on the same platform, but without having to pay extra, or contract it with third parties, it is something that detracts from this hosting, since I have clients who could contract it but they lack that option to make it a complete solution . Paying $1 per email is super expensive if you want to provide services to your clients, it is impossible, because if you have clients with several email accounts, let's say the average, for clients they are in 10 mailboxes, if you have more than 100, as in my case customers,…

create new domain with actual friendly readable names
when i create an application with the domain mygreatwebsite.com
the name of the folder created is not mygreatwebsite but instead some gubble degoop folder name, db name and all names are created by cloduways just junk and not readable or even easy to remember or spot which folder this is a serious issue which cloudwyas must resolve URGENTLY!!1 vote -

Add a "staging" label to results in the application search
When searching for an application using the search bar in the top right, the results are shown in a drop down as you type. The suggestion is to include if the application is a staging site in this drop down. Elsewhere there is a "staging" label which sits alongside the title of the application. This could be a useful indication here.
We include it in the name of the application but there is limited characters allowed here which makes this inappropriate for status indicators like this.

Whitelist for password protection of staging sites
Let's have a whitelist feature to let selected outside services bypass the password for the staging site. Often we use the staging site to measure the site performance after changes have been made, or to integrate with external services. While the password protection for staging sites makes sense in a lot of cases, there are outside services (e.g. gtmetrix) that we need to access it.

Set up redirect for Cloudways app URL to mapped domain
Many WP plugins and services (including license API's) get the Cloudways app url instead of the mapped domain name (something like: wordpress-6XXXX4-22XXXX9.cloudwaysapps.com). This includes New Relic monitoring (see suggestion: https://cloudways.uservoice.com/forums/203824-service-improvement/suggestions/42059503-use-cloudways-app-name-instead-of-app-url-in-new-r)
This makes it hard for agencies with many sites to know which sites are being monitored or licensed. Is there a way that you could automatically set up a redirect of the CW URL to the mapped domain as a part of the domain mapping process? At least then we could click on the CW url and get to the correct site...

add password protection to main applications, not just staging.
This really should be standard. Password protection plugins are unreliable, even with exceptions for their cookies. Then the htaccess method of password protection has proven to be a major hassle, and in my case, continues to give me internal server errors. My workaround was to create staging applications for any dev sites and completely disable the main application. However, this should be totally unnecessary. Given we sometimes have to develop a site on the default Cloudways URL because the live site is elsewhere, this password protection thing should really be a basic feature.

Allow cloning an app onto an existing app
If the app is a website, that would preserve the SSH keys for ftp and git connections.

during git clone whole team not able to use cloudways
Cloudways architecture looks build for one personly not for team. I have a team using 10 plus, we are using cloudways, but whenever try to take a pull on his project, the whole sever GUI stops working, and everyone has to wait until the git clone/pull is not done.
Please change it, if someone doing something his application it shouldn't effect other applications.

It will be great to support PostgreSQL or Odoo ERP in CloudWays VPS , Odoo is the most popular opensource system in the market now & already there a lot of hosting Odoo dedicated just like (wordpress, WooCommerce, Magento ...etc)

For things like WooCommerce, you should have an FAQ on common troubleshooting steps like "Removing All Products" "Best Practices for a clean WooCommerce Database" etc.
