Separate manual backups from automatic (persistent) + ability to rename
Hi,
You should implement backups the same way some of the best web hosting providers do:
1) Separate manual backups from the automated ones.
1.1) Manual backups should be "persistents" so they don't just disappear as the automated backups go on. Hence, the separate list only containing manual backups.To avoid abuses, you can limit to 5 or even 3 maximum "spots" of manual backups at the same time. That way, we are forced to delete some to make further manual backups, so that we never exceed the limit of manual backups spots.

Applications List View: Enable Pagination Setting of X Items per Page
The current application list view default to 10 applications per page:
-> It is NOT possible to change the number of items per page.Suggest to enable pagination setting for number of items per page. This is a simple UI adjustment, but very useful for daily application management.

SSL should follow the Domain, not the App
Problem: Currently, a Let's Encrypt SSL is tied to a single CloudWays App, so there are delays in dropping and re-applying for an SSL when bringing an App into production on another domain.
CW Tech Support could not suggest a smoother way to bring an App into production, which makes CW a bad option for active sites. I'm inclined to run my own server where I can atomically move a symlink to go live or various other ways of smoothly transitioning from dev to production.
Solution: SSLs should be tied to their corresponding Domains, not a single App. This would:

Create custom URL for new Cloudways apps - without subdomains
For example...
we could change: wordpress-565604-2320235.cloudwaysapps.com

1. Makes launch more complicated because you have to migrate to a new app before pointing domain.

Get DB/file path name with API endpoint
I'd like to be able to get the DB name/file path with an API endpoint. This allows further automation of dev site setups, and has been requested for years on this forum.

Allow us to completely remove applications
I would like to be able to delete applications from deleted applications without having to wait 15 days.

Add identifiable text in application URL.
Adding characters from the application name into the URL will help tremendously for editing - Staging editors would be able to easily identify which site/window is open when editing multiple sites at the same time.

Add Cloudron
Please add Cloudron. It will make it easy for users to install dozens of apps like Nextcloud, Discourse, Kopano Meet, Matomo, Matrix, Moodle, PeerTube, Rocket.Chat, Taiga, Bitwarden and Jitsi toon hopefully from the next major release!
Linode already has a one-click app so at least provide it on Linode servers. Thanks.

search filter in selecting branch while deploying a branch on the server
please add search filter while selecting a branch on the application so that it is easy to select a branch which we need to deploy on the server.
i have many branches right now, it is difficult to navigate and search the branch which needs to be deployed

Add Jitsi Meet
Can you please add Jitsi Meet. I'm currently using Linode for this and would like a simpler way or install and manage this with less maintenance so I can focus on other jobs. I know Cloudways would be more expensive but it would be worth if it was managed and as hassle free as possible.

As a company, we want to provide tiered hosting for our customers.
Ideally, we'd like to offer a standard package with up to "1gb" space, and then a premium package with up to e.g "5gb/unlimited" amount of space.
Is this something that could be easily implemented?

Let us create staging/clones for multiple sites/applications at once
When we perform site care monthly for 100+ sites, having to wait for each staging to build before spinning up staging for another site slows everything down a lot.
I'd love to be able to select multiple applications and initiate creation of a staging or clone at once so I can set up the sites for that day without having to check back in every few minutes to start the next staging site.
