More Useful 'Quick Actions'
We need a better / more useful 'Quick Actions' dropdown. The current dropdown has:
- Clone App/Create Staging
- Add Application
- Delete Application
- RenameThese are not the things that we are doing every day that we want quick access to... Who is needs quick access to delete an application often!?
Here are my recommended Quick Actions:
- Take a Backup
- Restore from Backup
- Create Staging (if not already done)
- Push Prod to Staging
- Pull Staging to ProdRename should be next to the application title
Add and Delete Application shouldn't be in the…3 votes -
Bulk App Editing/Changing Functionality
Can we PLEASE have some sort of functionality where we can change Applications in BULK. Things like switching Security/Firewall, Application Settings, WordPress Settings etc. on & off.
It's quite time consuming to have to go into each and every App to make easy changes (eg. turning things off or on).

Save push settings
I push my staging app live once every week. However, since it's a Wordpress app, I don't want to push database tables that store contact form data and comments because those get populated with real-user data on the live app, not on staging. Before August 2024, when I manually chose which tables to push and which not, my choice was saved for future pushes (I've been doing this for over a year). Now, I have to manually uncheck tables for each push. Furthermore, for every table I check or uncheck, the tables list scrolls back to its beginning. In other…

Allow adding labels to Applications, like current stagings also have
In this way you can also label a application as [test] or [dev] or [prod] or [live].
Maybe additionally add multiple labels or kind of labels?
For example a general label as suggested above and a status label maybe.Status label cloud be that a application is ready for [archive] , [transfer], [deletion], [moving], [blueprint] etc.

ability to change app type
If an app is set to PHP, it can't be easily changed to WordPress app. Some apps we have were set up as the wrong type, and simply need changed. This is also to better avail of Cloudflare Enterprise page caching, which only appears to work for WordPress apps.
The current process requires creating a new app and migrating over, which is a much longer process. It seems like, in theory, it could be much easier/quicker.

Push/Pull Sites Between Staging Environments
We typically set up two "staging" environments for each of our projects (labelled Dev and Staging) in addition to the Live/Production environment. This setup is a critical part of our development workflow, allowing for internal testing and client reviews before live deployment.
Currently, the platform only supports pushing and pulling site files and databases between a Staging and Production environment. However, it would provide a significant enhancement to our workflow if we could have push/pull operations between the two staging sites (Dev and Staging).
This functionality would allow our developers to quickly move updates from Dev to Staging from within…

Notification History
While waiting for an event (ssl issuance, server clone, application clone) there's great feedback when the event is completed. It would be great if we could see that event history from the Cloudways dashboard for a while ... last 24 hours or so. I stepped away from my computer and then when I returned couldn't remember what I was working on, as the notification appeared and then dismissed itself.
If notification history isn't practical, maybe an option to manually dismiss notifications?
