Option to turn off offsite backups
Can you have an option to turn off offsite backups for the server? I love the function, it's just that we need the option to choose. Also this is not stated in the pricing section, so it is kind of misleading and unclear. It is like a hidden cost, which is not good for Cloudways reputation. You can check this on Reddit too, people think that having no option to turn off offsite backup is not good.

Allow users to enable/disable curl on individual applications
I am developing a WordPress plugin and need to test behaviour on different server settings (eg curl) in a live environment.
Would be helpful if:
- Users could control this without needing support from Cloudways team
- It were possible to toggle curl on a per-app basis (don't want to disable on all apps, just the one I'm testing).
*Otherwise please provide me a free dev server that stays within my total resource limits if it's only possible to disable/enable server-wide.

More options to customize the server.
For customers who dont want a full stack application server and want to use the server only as a webserver (using apache or nginx), it would be great if you can provide such an image as an option.
All the other services running on the server unecessarily consume server resources even if they are not being used.
Alternately, if you can grant the master credentials the ability to start and stop specific applications like mysql etc, via a custom script or via a setting in the console ui that would also work.2 votes -

Provide a warning about resizing disk quotas taking the site down while it's processing
I clicked the button and it just did it, and whammo, my site was down without a confirmation or warning. There really should be something there that allows someone to stop it if it's an accidental click, or they might want to arrange/schedule downtime...

Domain forwarding
In cPanel I can easily create forwarding rules for specific domains/subdomains, without having to work in .htaccess. Would be great if there is some interface for this in Cloudways too.

Permit for the specific country
I really like to permit the connection to the particular website only for the assign country which the website is targeting its country. Although the site is in the local language like (https://londonlogodesigns.co.uk/) and there no other clauses to permit of other language or country asisdes from google bots.

SQL Migration Guru
Having no option but to use the latest version specially on the database side part, hopefully you will provide some migration guide or help for some lower or other version of SQL server. Like for example on our end, MariaDB is throwing Error 1349 wherein it is fully acceptable on MySQL 5.7.19. This is now becoming a major factor on us availing your service.

Under "SETTINGS & PACKAGES - ADVANCED" various parameters can already be adjusted today, e.g. for PHP and MySQL.
Please add "ElasticSearch".

Allow us to be able to implement additional security headers.
I'd like to have the abiity to implement the following headers on NginX and Apache so I can convince my clients they can pass Header Security Test in conjunction with PCI/DSS. The following are recommendations.

static ip
In Amazon Lightsail I can add to my server a static IP address - that way I do not need to change the IP on DNS everytime I increase / decrease server size.
