Trying to white label hosting services but need application alerts for usage!
To whom it may concern,
I am trying to create a white label hosting service used through Cloudways(Reseller model), and I'm finding it difficult to accomplish without this feature. Your cloudways bot seems like the perfect system but it doesn't allow me to set my own custom limits on an application level. So for example if I have 50 websites on one server, how do I know which one is the abusive user on bandwidth?

Make logging in via SSH a little more convenient
There are two features of logging in via SSH I've grown used to in other servers that I found to be lacking in Cloudways:
(1.) One is the ability to have some type of private RSA key saved locally so that we don't need to enter a password every time.
(2.) The other is the ability to specify the path we want to log in to, so we don't always need to land in the root applications directory and then cd into the usually extensive path to a specific site's child theme for instance. In other servers you can sign…1 vote -

Allow DDNS Hostname for IP in Security
I noticed that I can't use my DDNS as my IP in the Security Tab of Cloudways.
Although using a hostname in the IP section could prove a slightly increased security risk, the benefit of not having to update my dynamic IP on the system, far outweighs it.

Downscale possibility for DO, Vultr & Linode

Alert should generate if CPU or RAM Idle Usage is less than 40%
Currently the Bot gives alert if the CPU or RAM idle usage is continuously below 20%. My point is that whenever it goes below 20% an alert should be generated each time.

Disable memcached
I would like the option to disable Memcached. When you have Redis running, there's no need for memcached to be taking resources. I have seen sometimes it has 4-5 processes running.

Managed ip restrictions - nginx locations
It would be great to be able to edit the location section of NGINX so that we can restrict access to an application and prevent a WAF bypass.

There must be more than one data base creation option for one application. some times we have to create more than one database for few operations in Magento 2 but working on cloud ways we have to go far long way for it by installing another app which definitely overload server and result increase of cost if resource is increased or if resource is not increased then performance decline is the consequence.

Server Settings Default
Make it if you don't add a number character to one of your 'Server Settings' it should just save as DEFAULT. At the moment you need to add a character in order to save your settings. I want to be able to change a certain server setting back to default but there is no option.

Allow us to modify the Varnish Cache configuration file
Please allow us to modify the Varnish Cache configuration file. Because your interface to exlude varnish with URLs or cookies is very basic, and does not allow us to configure varnish properly to work well with for example geo localization plugins in Magento.

Protecting files in a specific folder
I'm using WordPress and Easy Digital Downloads plugin to sell downloadable files online. I need to protect files in a specific folder. I found the following article but unfortunately currently there isn't any setting to setup a redirect at Cloudways dashboard. Deactivating Nginx may fix the problem but there isn't any setting for that as well. I'm sure that there are many people who sells downloadable files online, and protecting files is very important for us. I hope you will consider to fix this problem.

Allow application credential to overwrite files owned by master credential
So, I created an application credential for a client to their HTML based website. The client reports back that they can add new folders and add new files but can't overwrite the original file.
This is because the application credential can't edit files owned by the master credential. I had to reach out to Cloudways support to assist on this.Could we have an option to allow application credential to overwrite the files owned by master credential?
