Option to run apache as www-data
It would be good if there was an option not to run Apache as the same user as SSH / file owner. That way it would be possible to make files & folders read-only as far as the server / PHP is concerned.

Option to install older versions of Moodle
You offer one-click install only for Moodle 2.9.1
However some of the software I use are compatible with version up to 2.8. Wish you could give us the option to install earlier versions too.1 voteYou can override our base Moodle deployment (latest version) with any prior version you want to use. We advice always using latest release for security reason, but there is nothing stopping you to overwrite application public_html folder with the version you want.

I run my own IT business and I use a piece of software called ScreenConnect. Its a self hosted solution which works great.

In any case, if this is a php based app you should be able to deploy it under the PHP app.

Fix your cronjobs "Click&Go" Implementation
I've been trying to set cronjobs for months, but not from the "Click&Go" nor from the console I've been able to do so. The customer service assistants take me back and forth from one method to the other, (possibly) avoiding to deal with this issue directly.

Solution for digital ocean IP changing on scaling
I understand that the root of this problem is on the end of your provider. But it would be great if some sort of solution to this could be found. Even something like Cloudways keeping a copy of the server at its current IP until dns has changed over or something.
1 voteThe solution is to never point your domain to the server IP but to create a CNAME as explained in our KB:

Easily add a Amazon RDS to an Application for use as a dedicated DB or to be used as an additional Database option for Amazon server.

For multi-tier setups, we are planning to come up with a different (and cloud agnostic) solution later this year.
We don’t want to be tied to an specific provider infrastructure (like RDS) for multi-tier / cluster like deployments.
We are already working on a multi-tier, cluster like and cloud agnostic solution based on containers.
