  2. Upgrade Breeze Plugin To Clear Cloudflare CDN Cache (Cloudflare Enterprise Add-on)

    Submitted after discussion with Cloudways Support

    We'd like the Breeze Plugin feature to "Purge All Cache" to include the Cloudflare CDN if using the Cloudflare Enterprise Add-on, just like it does for the Breeze Cache and Varnish Cache.

    We're submitting an official feature request for this since we'd want to:

    1) Minimise time of having to log in to the Cloudways Dashboard to manually purge the Cloudflare CDN cache.

    2) Ensure that when scheduled Wordpress content like new posts are published, they become automatically available to the public.

  3. Add Cloudflare AI crawler protection

    It would be great if Cloudflare's AI bot protection also became an option available in Cloudway's Cloudflare Enterprise implementation. This would help us better protect against theft and laundering of copyrighted materials, which is an urgent issue for content creators at the moment.

  4. enable full page cache with Cloudflare Enterprise.

    Since March 2022 when you added Cloudflare Enterprise you've teased that full page cache would be coming soon. I know from previous tickets you hadn't enabled that because you were hoping for a hybrid for sites with woocommerce and shopping carts, but for all of us with static sites, it would be a game changer.

    Personally, I keep a shopping site on a separate Cloudways app from my static site, so it would be easy to keep full page cache just on the static site.

  5. Add Search bar to the new Cloudways dashboard

    The new dashboard/interface for Cloudways looks great, but you guys REALLY need to put the search bar back at the top for quickly finding apps and servers. I have too many to simply click through and find them. Until this is added, I'll have to stick with the classic interface.

  6. SafeUpdates error log access

    When a SafeUpdate fails we need access to the error logs to troubleshoot the specific cause.
    If it's one plugin it is very time consuming to do safe updates one plugin at a time because we don't have access to the error logs to narrow down the issue.

  12. Managed Plugin Updates

    First I want to say that I absolutely love Cloudways! It literally changed my life. I am also super excited that you recently added the Cloudflare Enterprise add-on! The only feature that I wish Cloudways offered as another add-on is "Managed Plugin Updates" similar to Flywheel (https://getflywheel.com/add-ons/managed-plugin-updates/) with visual regression testing. In my opinion this would be one of the final pieces to an absolutely perfect WordPress hosting solution. Thank you for considering! (or maybe you are already working on building that add-on)

  14. Application Level Backups

    At the moment we have Server level local backups. This is great however if we only have one application that needs backing up, it is quite wasteful on resources/diskspace/time to have to backup all the files on a server just to download a single application backup.

    Could we perhaps have an option be able to take backups on application level - similar to the server level option? It then give us a zip with the files/database - simple!

  15. UI for Excluding Images from Nginx vhost to Support webp .htaccess redirect rules

    When using a WordPress plugin like WebP Express (https://wordpress.org/plugins/webp-express/) or ewww.io, they are using an htaccess rule to redirect browsers that support webp images to the corresponding webp image files. This however does not work out of the box on Cloudways due to Cloudways' Nginx vhost.

    Currently, I need to contact Cloudways for each application I want to add support for webp images to exclude images from the Nginx vhost. After that, the htaccess rules work correctly. This is also described by ewww: https://docs.ewww.io/article/16-ewww-io-and-webp-images

    Can you please give us control of excluding images from the Nginx vhost ourselves?…

  17. Client Specific Billing - Allow us to charge clients for App monthly or anually

    This feature is a must, I'm surprised it hasn't caught on any attention. I have a server with 25 applications each one for different clients. I have to keep a log of how much each client has to pay every month or year. If we could do this directly in Cloudways it would be great.

    Please enable Elasticsearch 7.6, because Magento 2.4 requires it and MySQL is no longer supported for search at all. This is a must to have or I have to transfer all Magento installations to another provider.

  20. Backup Time Zone

    Cloudways should allow all users to be able to select their specific time zone instead of making them do maths of UTC to <your time zone> this really will help us identify easily our backups. Your internal server functioning may still stick to UTC but for displaying at-least let us see our own time zones.
