  4. per server billing - all under "one roof"

    we manage multiple servers, it would be really beneficial if our customers can pay directly for thier own server resources.
    rather than combining all under one invoice, I should be able to select the server and choose its own billing options for that particular instance - thereby allowing the customer to control the cost.

  9. Add support for Backup Payment Method

    Please add support for a backup payment method on our accounts. Preferably multiple backups, if possible. So that you can bill the backup payment method if the primary one fails for some reason.

    I recently had an issue at my day job with one of our corporate accounts, where we are hosting around 200 new websites per month on your platform. When the payment method failed, I had less than 48 hours to get the issue resolved or I was facing the possibility of hundreds of client sites being deleted.   10. Allow Cloudways clients to choose which order you process our monthly payments from

    Cloudways already offers the ability to add funds to our accounts.
    If there are no funds in our account at the time of payment, it automatically uses the credit card on file.

    Allow us the option to choose which is the primary form of payment: credit card or account balance.

    I find this VERY important because if there's an important reason not to be paying attention to emails and the credit card on file doesn't work, your system will shut down our servers in 3 days. Plus the added stress to stop what we're doing to figure out why the…

  12. Add per-server payment methods

    It would be great to have the option to specify payment methods on a per-server basis. This way, I could allow clients to pay for their own server without having to transfer the server to a client account. Most of my clients don't understand, or care to learn, about having their own account. They just want to pay and have me take care of the details.

    Ideally, I could establish a default payment method for all servers on my account and then override payment information for individual servers as needed.

  15. Let us specify a billing contact for invoices etc.

    As the main account holder I want to have invoices sent to another email address of my choosing, so I don't have to manually forward them to the person who deals with our finances.

    When I go to change my credit card details it takes me to this site:https://live.adyen.com/hpp/pay.shtml

    It's an off-site page that is not part of the domain --

    • 1) minimum there should be a message on the link to say going to a 3rd party trusted site --- -2) can it not be kept on the domain somehow

    **) NOW I am left wondering WHO is taking care of my credit card details !!!
    - who is adyen.com
    - what privacy info do they store about me
    - what access do I have to that info …

  20. Request Backup Funds Option

    I prefer to automatically have my CC charged monthly from CW. If the CC is declined, I'd like to have the ability to 1) notify me ideally via text and email that my card was declined and 2) have CW pull from the Backup Funds account. That way, CW is still paid on time and there's no interruption to the servers, sites, and services that I have with CW.
    Someone else mentioned a secondary CC and that would be a great additional option too.
