Improve Staging and SafeUpdates secondary sites reliability
Not sure if I'm missing something, but it seems that there are multiple potential serious issues that can be caused by the Staging (and SafeUpdates) process, particularly for WordPress/WooCommerce sites, which might break the Live site when pushed from the Staging/Test sites.
1) Themes/plugins that enforce license validation on a per-domain basis, may get deactivated even with the search-and-replace. This may be particularly worse when the domain changes into the cloudways domain, and may be a bit better by using a subdomain instead of the cloudways domain.
- For this, suggests to add simple options on the Cloudways console for…2 votes -

Custom plugins installed on elastic search need to clone when instance is cloned
If you have custom plugins installed into elastic search, support needs to be contacted after any server cloning, to then manually clone the plugins.
Plugins should clone with the source.

Add Google N2 machine types instead of just N1
N2 machine types
N2 machine types are the newest generation general-purpose machine types that offer flexible sizing between 2 to 80 vCPUs and 0.5 to 8 GB of memory per vCPU. N2 VMs run on Cascade Lake CPUs with a base frequency of 2.8 GHz and a sustained all core turbo of 3.4 GHz. These machine types also offer an overall performance improvement over N1 machine types.

Add Parse Server as an option
Having an option to use Parse Server (http://parseplatform.org/) would be a killer feature for Cloudways. An ultimate alternative to firebase for a real-time database. With 15k stars and more than 180 contributors in Github is one of the best choices you can have. And it is possible and easy to install in a linux based server

Node.js/Mongo DB Hosting
I develop using React.js. Node.js/Meteor, as well as MongoDB. I would love to use cloudways to launch and develop applications using this stack. This would be a game changer for real developers. I hope you all work on this soon. Thank you

Run gulp on CW servers
So i talked to 2 support employees today, both with the same outcome: "Today it is not possible to run gulp on cloudways."
- You can't install gulp globally, since cloudways won't allow global npm install.
- You can't run gulp locally, because this will give you some permission denied.
The weirdest thing of all... Gulp is necessary to use Elixir on Laravel 5.x. The have pre-installed laravel applications, but you can't use the elixir function. Wtf?!

Static HTML stack
We'd quite like the ability to specify a HTML-only stack with PHP disabled and no database. While this might seem an odd request, we sometimes have the need for temporary holding sites, additional sub-sites, etc. It's potentially also of use with headless CMS sites. Having related sites on the same server / within the same interface is useful.
While I realise we can use the PHP install for this, I'd prefer something that has code execution properly disabled from the start.

Add support to MEAN Stack (MongoDB + Express + AngularJS + NodeJS)
It'd be great to have the option to have a NodeJS+Express based web server, using MongoDB as database and with support for AngularJS... in short a full MEAN Stack ;) Thanks!

Offer Litespeed Webserver besides Nginx
Litespeed offers a nice performance increment over Apache and Nginx. This would be a great addition to your current performance-oriented offer.
