Improve Staging Deployment for Wordpress Sites with better Find/Replace
I have found a problem with the Staging deployment for my wordpress sites.
Some plugins and themes store serialised arrays in the wordpress options. This is a valid technique that results in less DB calls.
However, if you simply do a find and replace on URLs in the database, the serialisation of the array will break. This means that the Staging site will lose the settings in the plug-ins and themes.
If you don't realise this, and push the changes back to Live, the Live website will break.A related problem is with premium plugins and themes that are licensed…

Allow customers to create database users
When having Master Credentials you con go to the MySQL Manager and create a user, but when you want to save you get:
"Access denied; you need (at least one of) the CREATE USER privilege(s) for this operation"

Add option for password protection for all apps, not just staging
This is a great feature for the staging sites, however, we often run into the instance where we are doing a new website build for a client and don't already host their primary site. In this case, we are setting up a standalone app for the new project, but would also like to have to ability to turn on password protection as if it were a staging site.

Add PDF invoice to billing notifications
I think it would be great if you could attach a PDF copy of the monthly invoices to the billing notification e-mails.
Currently when we receive a billing notification, we have to login to our account with two-factor just get a copy for out accounting department.
This is really a needless waste of time for all customers who need the invoice - every month!
I think this suggesting should be easy and quick to implement, and would be a benefit to all customers.

Allow an account to be the owner of one site and a member of another
I am the owner of my own tiny consulting company website. My client invited me by email to be a team member of their massive ecommerce site in cloudways but it fails because "this email is already an owner of another website". I have no idea how you could make the system this poorly designed when everything else rocks. As a consultant I am going to own my own web site and be a team member of a number of client websites (they need to be "owners" of their own sites as I may come and go from their team).…

Allow to add additional IP address
Here is the idea, let say I have 2 websites that have different location of target visitors, for e.g: Website A is intended for visitors from South East Asia, and Website B intended for visitors from Central America, as you know there are timezone different approx 12 hours..
Note: Both websites has a quite huge visitors >5,000/day. And let say I have server DO with 2 GB RAM already that cost $34/month. Rather than buy another server 2 GB RAM, I would prefer to buy additional IP address that might cost me $2/month. and I would not bother with the…

I just had a problem with elastic email and I'n not able to see quota usage, logs, queues or anything. Would be a very nice addition and could offload support at the same time.

Have a dedicated WordPress team
I like the Wordpress teams for the managed WordPress hosting on the other hosting platforms like WP Engine, etc. I think that would be cool here. Pick the server that best suits your need and have a WordPress guru team supporting the best CMS out there.

Allow to browse and download backups
It's very useful to sometimes be able to browse and/or download a specific backup to look for something specific and only restore that part. Currently the only way to do this is to:
1. Make a full backup,
2. Restore the backup we want,
3. Find, copy what we want,
4, Restore latest backup.That takes a looong time. Being able to download a backup or just browse the backup files and download something specific would make things a lot easier. Vaultpress does that and it's quite the timesaver.

Allow customers to add a secondary or even tertiary payment method.
In case there's a problem with an account, this would allow payment to to be made automatically from a second or third source, so there's no risk of a service interruption and no last-minute panic.

It would be nice to have a one click install of Wordpress in subdirectory. I am sure this is a feature in demand from many customers.

Add access to Digital Ocean Private networking / local IP
Digital ocean already provides Private networking through 10.x.x.x IP addresses for droplets in the same region. It would be very helpful to pass this setting through to Cloudways server options and control panel to more efficiently network servers.
