Reseller Hosting
Please Add resale services

IMHO Cloudways should NOT add reseller services. They're a platform built for agencies, web designers and developers.
For resellers, Cloudways is equivalent to a server with cPanel/WHM and a web apps installer such as Installatron or Softaculous. So, you can just set up a server with Digital Ocean, Kyup, Vultr or others (where you'll also have full root access) and simply install WHM and WHMCS - and voilà.

Im going against the grain here and saying I dont want you to offer a reseller service. Your already a reseller of server space in a way. Every company i have seen go down this route, grow too fast and the customers suffer. Stick to providing a good platform for those who need it.

I'm very interested in white labeling this as well.

Any update on this?
I need a white label feature too to show my customers my brand version of the hosting they purchased.
It the console URL and login can be customized with our own URL e.g. login.mydomain.com or console.mydomain.com and logos changed to our company logo would be sufficient to start with.
Changing colors would be great too to reflect the company branding, but my main concern is the login, URL and logo.I heard something is in the make, and also an API version.
Thanks for the soonest update. -

Just want to put on record, that I am also very interested in this feature. Please put it on the roadmap.
Don't have to be anything special, just the option to use a custom URL and logo, thats it.

David, we do not have any plans regarding this for the near future. We have not fully declined this idea due to number of people backing it but it doesn't enter our roadmap as we have many other priorities to meet before being able even to consider it.

Would you still consider adding this in the future? Would love to know if it's even being considered.

Hi all,
We don't have plans for now to white-label the whole platform. We want to focus in improving it.
David as for the problem you have with cloudwaysapps subdomain, you could easily use your own subdomain:
* Deploy and app on Cloudways. It will get a cloudwaysapps.com subdomain i.e. app1.cloudwaysapps.com.
* Create a CNAME in one of your own domains to the cloudwaysapps subdomain i.e.
app1.davidowndomain.com CNAME app1.cloudwaysapps.com.
* Tell your customer to point his/her site to the app1.davidowndomain.com i.e.
happy.customerdomain.com CNAME app1.davidowndomain.comThis way you don't have to disclose Cloudways subdomain to your customer.
We know this is not a perfect solution, but a solution for your customization needs at the moment.

This is a pretty vital need for those of us looking to build a hosted SAAS on top of Cloudways. It's created confusion for some of my customers already having to point their Subdomains at *.cloudwaysapps.com - Being able to use my own domain like MyCompanyApps.com alone would help me significantly.

I love "white-label" everything because it scream profession! It's like having a vanity name-server too. When I perform a "whois" I want to see:
• ns1.mydomain.com
• ns2.mydomain.com...not GoDaddy, or something else...same goes for WEB Hosting...

I want to be able to offer hosting to my customers in a way that they don't know it is being hosted by cloudways (so cloudways brand must not be visible in FQDN of server nor anywhere in the file-system structure).
