Server Performance & Safe Temperature Thresholds
I’ve been using Cloudways for a while now and love the flexibility it offers for hosting high-traffic websites. However, I recently came across discussions about server overheating and how high temperatures can impact performance and hardware longevity. This got me thinking about material heat resistance in general.
For example, in another context, I was researching parchment paper’s burning temperature and found an interesting guide on how hot parchment paper can get before burning https://parchmentpaper.co.uk/parchment-paper-burning-temperature/. While it’s unrelated to servers, it made me wonder are there any recommended temperature thresholds for optimal server performance, especially for high-load environments?
Would love to hear insights from Cloudways users on managing server temperatures and preventing overheating!
