Add block storage integration to Wasabi and Backblaze
For those of us who have large websites with respect to images, it would be very helpful to have blockstorages in dedicated clouds for these purposes, even if this means an additional cost.

Add e-mail body to Elastic email logs
It took 3 days for support to get the body of 82 e-mails that were bounced for some reason... Ingoing and outgoing mails. We had to know the content of the e-mail since, website contact form e-mails, purchase confirmation e-mails, and so on, were not delivered.
Since this is critical to us and our clients, it would be nice, if we could have the content of e-mails in the logs.

Access elastic email dashboard
Need to be able to access Elastic email dashboard to be able to remove or subscribe. Had a major issue where our internal email address was blacklisted/blocked somehow. Had to contact you to take car of it, but only after Elastic email told me what to do...

We need to be able to upgrade our Rackspace standard email account to Email Plus Account. We need Email Plus account at reduced price.
I need to be able to sync Calendars of my Rackspace email account with outlook. This can only be done with a Rackspace email plus account. Either get this feature added to the standard account or allow an option for people with Rackspace Standard Email account to upgrade to Email Plus Account. Also add option to archive emails. So basically offer all of the Rackspace options on Cloudways for reduced price.

Would be great a Sandbox feature integrated in cloudways Add-ons for Wordpress installation, including domain management.
This way to automate business model for and client support.

Easy SSL Renewal for Cloudways CDN.
Ability to renew Cloudways CDN SSL on the Cloudways dashboard to eliminate the need to contact support every time it is nearing its expiration.
Also, show the number of days left before the SSL certificate of both Let's Encrypt and the Cloudways CDN.

Sorting of rackspace emails
I've got a growing list of domain based email accounts, and I can't manage these in anyway with the Rackspace emails. Whilst the service is great value, I need to be able to see available space per account and at least sort the email address by domain, etc. We're pretty much blind right now

Add PM2 to the cloudways dashboard for Node.js (& other) applicaties
I know it's already possible to host a Node.js application and keep it running with PM2, but it would be nice to get an option to manage your Node.js applications straight from the Cloudways dashboard with PM2.

Rackspace Webmail Domain name
Rackspace Webmail should have option to mask original Rackspace webmail URL with CNAME with our own domain name, so to make it accessible from https://webmail.ourdomainname.com

Elastic Email subaccounts
Possibility to have Elastic Email subaccounts at Cloudways customer account level.
At this moment if one of the website it`s hacked and send tons of emails, all the other websites are affected, noone wants this.Regards

Add the ability to monitor the tracking for Elasticmail within the CW Console
The Elasticmail addoin is a convenient way of providing server-wide SMTP, but without being able to check the tracking there's no effective way to know if it's working for client delivery.
The current method of having to put in a support request for the logs is far to cumbersome to be useful.
So make those logs available in the Logs section for the Console please!

Add Amazon SES Support for Email
Amazon SES is great for sending cheap mail. It can be added as a basic SMTP provider but it would be much better if CloudWays support it natively so that Bounce and Complaint will work from the system.
Amazon SES doesn't require DNS verification when someone uses one email to send mail from, it only requires Email verification though. However for multiple emails from addressing it to require DNS verification. It would amazing if CloudWays integrates DNS and other stuff from panel.

Rackspace add on is not good. All emails go to spam. I suggest to add Amazon SMTP add on service

Add Rackspace Email Plus & Archiving
It's awesome to have Rackspace Email integrated with cloudways and the discounted prices is a bonus! Just surprised to learn that this is a half way integration... No option exists for users to add cloud storage (Rackspace Email Plus) or archiving (Rackspace Add Archiving). Please complete this offering and extend the options to add the other plans at the partner discounted price.
