  1. Back Database inside MySQL Manager

    Hi cloudways team

    Handling database within mySQL manager is really frustrating. If you add a option to clone and backup database inside your mySQL manager, is really handy for everyone.

  2. Add support to MEAN Stack (MongoDB + Express + AngularJS + NodeJS)

    It'd be great to have the option to have a NodeJS+Express based web server, using MongoDB as database and with support for AngularJS... in short a full MEAN Stack ;) Thanks!

  3. Add access to Digital Ocean Private networking / local IP

    Digital ocean already provides Private networking through 10.x.x.x IP addresses for droplets in the same region. It would be very helpful to pass this setting through to Cloudways server options and control panel to more efficiently network servers.

  5. Password protecting apps from console (via htpasswd)

    I want to get this option in console to password protect my apps which can be done via creating htpasswd on the server. Will reduce the hassle :)

  8. MongoDB Please

    I already use digitalocean. We usually configure 2 servers per app one for php (with Nginx+ apc cache) and another one for Mongodb. Would be great to have cloudways with this configuration as the other tools you offer are great.

  9. Send Emails When Cron Job Fails To Run

    The only way to tell if a cron job has failed is to log in to the console and type mail.

    It would be great if these where emailed much like the DenyHosts Messages are.

  11. Add Full URL path to files to Application Management tab

    This is the part of the file path that precedes your document root (eg /home/<your-id>.cloudwaysapps.com/<your-user>/publichtml/publichtml/). This is relatively easy to find but simply posting it as part of the application information would save needless steps.

  12. Different MySQL users - one for managing database and one with limited permissions for usage in scripts

    As many apps stores MySQL credentials in a plain text inside code. I suggest to provide us with 2 MySQL users
    1) Admin user - with the most wide permissions
    2) Script user - allowed only to manipulate with rows (CRUD)

    This is common security practice on other hostings.

  13. Add Zoho email provider

    I came to know through RackSpce support that they only allow 250 similar mails/day. Per them if our PHP script utilizes their SMTP to send more than 250 mails even though they are of different content, they will be considered spam. ZohoMail has higher limit and economical for our business need.

  16. Make XDebug accessible for remote debugging

    I would like to use my IDE such as PHPstorm, to have remote debugging sessions using XDebug. Currently, XDebug is available on Cloudways but I cannot connect to it, so what is the point?

  17. One-click installer for ProcessWire

    I’d love to see a one-click installer for ProcessWire but having the option of either the Master or Dev version. Dev versions are always so stable. And thanks for providing this handy guide to ProcessWire on Cloudways:

  18. Add stored procedure SQL server

    Cloudways mysql server didn't support stored procedure Sql. I think it would be better if stored procedure functionality add on mysql server.

  19. I just deleted an APP from my server. After waiting for the process to complete, I got a message that "<Servername>: has been uninstalled."

    For a jaw dropping moment, I thought my entire server was deleted! This message needs to be changed to reflect that only the APP that I actually deleted was the one removed.
