Allow for near instant staging branches
A few systems we have used now allow for instant cloning of prod branches. postgres.ai and upsun.com both do this. The trick is to back the prod filesystem/db with ZFS or another filesystem that does copy-on-write which allows for whats kind of a "fork" operation where you can shallow copy a directory, it only tracks the differences. This is insanely usefull as we use it to clone a 20GB DB in like < 2s, run some tests against it, then destroy the db. You could totally the same.

Email notification when server health becomes problematic.
To my surprise; I don't receive an email notification from the bot when my server becomes "problematic" e.g. when CPU is above 90%.
I have checked the settings and talked with support, without luck.
Please consider making this service available. Thanks.

Enable custom email in application admin username
When we create a new application, the system uses the same email as used when we signed up fro a Cloudways account.
I would like to suggest to have the option to set 2 or more emails in your account e.g.
- a generic email for invoices and generic account stuff
- an email that will be used as the amin username when creating a new application
- maybe even an email that will receive all server/application related notifications from the platform e.g. when a server is having issues.

Downgrade server on the Digitalocean
I contacted support today and asked for help to downgrade the size of my server, and he told me that it is currently not possible to do so, but that I must clone to a new site, including new DNS settings and more. In this situation today it will be difficult for me to continue working with your servers, I have many clients and each of them asks for something different, if I have to perform a clone every time a client wants to reduce the size of his server. Remove cloudways bot false positive alerts. Server down alerts should only trigger when a server is actually down
Numerous times of the the past number of years I get alerts that there is a server down, typically in the middle of the night, when in fact the server is not down.

Get Database credentials from API for Multi Tenant Implementation
Multi tenant implementations for saas with separate database for each user is pretty common functionality nowadays.
Cloudways must support it, even if there's no direct way to do that. Atleast make the API enough powerful so that we can do that at backend.
To achieve that automation we must need to access the database credentials of newly added application but unfortunately, there's no way to get MySQL database username/password.Please take this on high priority and allow us to get db credentials via API method.
