Easy Google G Suite Integration (as SMTP gateway)
Being able to easily integrate G Suite (Google Apps) would be great. We have all of our email setup through G Suite and it is a popular email service. Like the SMTP add-on, but for G Suite.
This goes hand and hand with being able to access the DNS add-on directly.
I don't mind paying extra, but the way things are setup is really confusing.

Email notification when server health becomes problematic.
To my surprise; I don't receive an email notification from the bot when my server becomes "problematic" e.g. when CPU is above 90%.
I have checked the settings and talked with support, without luck.
Please consider making this service available. Thanks.

Include Cloudways DNS
Having a DNS is very important, as redirecting from CNAME hurts SEO. It's a very basic feature, and must be included.

Create a vagrant file so we can replicate the server locally
Not sure if this should go in stacks or server settings.
Anyway for us developers it would be really good to be able to use a vagrant file to spin up a local copy of your server with settings so we can build on the exact same platform as live.
Vagrant is a quick and easy way to share virtual machines, and would allow developers to develop tools on a platform which matches live.

Add PDF invoice to billing notifications
I think it would be great if you could attach a PDF copy of the monthly invoices to the billing notification e-mails.
Currently when we receive a billing notification, we have to login to our account with two-factor just get a copy for out accounting department.
This is really a needless waste of time for all customers who need the invoice - every month!
I think this suggesting should be easy and quick to implement, and would be a benefit to all customers.

Billing in GBP
It would be useful to be able to select GBP as a currency to pay my bill. I'm sure other Cloudways customers would like the option to pay in their local currency also.

Progress bar
When cloning, adding or migrating an application, some sort of progress bar/percentage would be really handy, just so you know that something is happening, rather than keep refreshing the page in the hope that it will magically finish.

Easy automated way of regularly exporting server-wide backups
We want a way to automatically export backups of all applications to a 3rd party location of our choosing. Currently to do this we'd need to write our own export scripts that run for each application on a server. A unified way of doing this that integrates with different services like AWS S3, Glacier, other cloud storage providers would be very helpful.
This way we can keep our own external backups for all applications without the need to manually setup our own solution each time we added an application to a server.

Transfer Billing To Another Account (With Affiliate Commission)
It would be great, especially for freelancers and agencies, to be able to create a new server with an application and then transfer the server to another account for billing. (Just like Flywheel does.)
I am aware of this feature https://support.cloudways.com/how-to-transfer-server-to-another-account/ but I don't believe the affiliate commission is gained from such transfer. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Use Cloudways app name instead of app url in New Relic
At the moment the identifier that's sent through to new relic is "woocommerce-000000-0000000.cloudwaysapps.com" which makes it really hard to monitor 130 sites as I don't know which site is which. It would be great if there was a way to make it the primary domain instead.

Enable custom email in application admin username
When we create a new application, the system uses the same email as used when we signed up fro a Cloudways account.
I would like to suggest to have the option to set 2 or more emails in your account e.g.
- a generic email for invoices and generic account stuff
- an email that will be used as the amin username when creating a new application
- maybe even an email that will receive all server/application related notifications from the platform e.g. when a server is having issues.

add a dark mode when on the server and application screens
A traditional dark mode with a dark grey background and the app boxes also a darker colour so the screen isn't a bright white light 24/7
