Email notification when server health becomes problematic.
To my surprise; I don't receive an email notification from the bot when my server becomes "problematic" e.g. when CPU is above 90%.
I have checked the settings and talked with support, without luck.
Please consider making this service available. Thanks.

Add another primary owner or give the team member the ability to add people to the team.
I have an agency and I need to have someone other than myself be able to add/remove team members without them using my login. Can we add a feature for us to choose other team members to have the privileges to add / remove team members?

Make the free trial OPTIONAL for new signups
The free trial is at best silly and at worst a very easy mistake to make me and you look bad. I've had numerous clients sign up for Cloudways, take the mandatory 3 day free trial (a useless amount of time for a free trial, IMO) and then freak out when their site goes down 3 days later because they didn't manually upgrade to a paid site. NOBODY EVER wants a 3 day free trial, they just want to sign up for an account and be done with it, so why is this mandatary? Please, at the very least, make…

Progress bar
When cloning, adding or migrating an application, some sort of progress bar/percentage would be really handy, just so you know that something is happening, rather than keep refreshing the page in the hope that it will magically finish.

Change Username Email from UI
I wanted to change the username email from my websites so that it would not be my personal email...so I contacted Cloudways and they said I needed to change my account email so I did that which was not so convenient and after that the usernames still did not change and they said it wouldn't affect the UI... How am I supposed to copy paste now that I changed the username on WordPress itself? Can we please have this fixed. Thank you

It will be great if you introduce a feature that enables admin to add a member for a specific project or server or application. This will help freelancers and small firms giving limited server access to their clients.

keep staging environment out of the index
We don't want your staging site appearing in search results, so we suggest to prevent Google from indexing its content. maybe by forcing a new Robots.txt or Blacklist search engines IPs

Backup of single application disk space rule
I realized from support chat that we can't take local application backup if there is not enough disk space for a server backup. This is so unfair and I'm now stucked on not beeing able to backup.
Example: your server disk usage is 15GB out of 25GB available.
Your app usage is 1GB. You can't take local backup of this app because there isn't enough space to take a backup of the whole server.
That's how it is currently set up, and that's so totally broken. I got really pissed off. + There is no such information in their guide…

Delete and or Stop Log files
One endless loop and your sever stops because the server disk space is full as a massive log has just been created. You cannot delete these log files! You have to go to support and get them to delete.

Allow more refined options for team members raising/viewing support tickets
Hi - currently if you add a team member you can allow them to raise/view/respond to support tickets or not. it's either on for the whole account or off.
But just like giving them console access to a specific server/application only, it would be useful to be able to restrict their support tickets to be only for that application and to be able to read/respond only to support tickets they'd raised themselves or perhaps were about that server/application.
Otherwise you end up with people with a designated role on one specific app being able to see what's going on with…

Detailed Application Resources Usage Invoice
It would be awesome if our monthly invoice would contain detailed resource use along with the associated charges.
Example:
App: www.xyz.com
Server: Vultr Toronto, Canada
Active Add-on(s): Rackspace x 7 email accounts
Disk Usage (at the end of the billing cycle): 6GB

Have more users with super admin permissions
A common use case is that the business owner or someone administrative will own the account, but someone else (like IT manager) would be actually managing the systems.
Right now, the main account holder is the only person who can add users so it brings the top cat to do crappy techy work they hate doing. We need a way to grant permissions to another member with full capabilities.

[API] Remaining time before operation finishes
Hi Cloudways,
I would love to be able to display some sort of feedback to my users when querying Cloudways API. Is there anyway we could get the estimated remaining time before operation completion in the API?
I'm talking about Taking a Backup for example.
Currently I have some sort of a spinner, but it can take some time and I want my users to know when approximately it'll be done.

Allow backups to be older than 4 weeks
Moving out of Godaddy makes me happy! I have struggled a lot with their low quality servers and unhelpful (almost nonexistent) support. I spent 2 years fighting with my boss to move out of that crap server (Im not even kidding)
However, something they do an excellent job in are backups for wordpress managed plans. They hold up to 4 months of daily backups so theres a really great sense of safety net. I dont even know how he react when he know this high quality server will hold only 4 weeks.
I hope this can be improved for anxious…

Cloning a Staging App or cone a db from another app
Cloning a staging app for a team member is required. Even cloning just a db from another app will be helpful.
