Option to password protect application
Hey, I can't believe I have to say it but this is kind of a basic feature of any hosting solution. This is a small but extremely essential feature so please add it to the console. We should be able to password protect an application on live and staging sites.

Ability to rename accounts. I am a developer and have 5 accounts and more soon that I am working on for different clients. In the drop down it shows their name, I should be able to rename it so I see the name of the client, not the name they signed up with which sometimes is not someone I know and am not sure which websites it is and need to click around to find the correct…

Add Created Date to Single App Page
Currently the created date only shows on the "Applications" page, which paginates apps in groups of 10. We've go over 150 apps, so when we need to find the created date we have to trawl through pages to find the correct app.
So it would be super helpful to have the "Created Date" for an application within the details of a single app. As for where, maybe above/below the "Applications Management" title on the left hand side. Or below that menu? Or within one of the pages - e.g. Access Details.

Under Staging Management- Speed up the process for "copy from Staging to Live". It is much too slow.
It just needs to process all the data much faster than me dropping files into a directory. If I have one php file and I use this tool, it takes hours to update VS 1 minute for me to manually upload a new file. This feature is critical to our GIT environment.

Find applications by domain name
Currently it is difficult to find application associated with a domain name, specially if you are hosting a lot of applications and if each application has multiple domain names. You have visit domain management screen of each application to figure out which application is associated with which domain.
It would be nice to search/filter the applications by the domain name.

Add 'use lower case for domain address' to avoid issues with SSL installation
This will avoid any issue with installing SSL certificates when the domain name is in uppercase anywhere in the console.

Granular Management of Applications and Add-Ons Accessibility per user/team member.
It would be really helpful if we can manage granular Application and Addon-on Access for each Application team member.

Allow Team Members to create notifications on Cloudways Bot
As a developer and affiliate, we run lots of client sites / servers. It would be great if we could create cloudways bot notifications with our accounts.
It seems silly for only the master account to be able to do this. Especially, when a lot of clients (main account holders) are non-techies.

Prenotification of scheduled maintenance
When the server provider has scheduled maintenance planned, Cloudways should notify server admin (via cloudways bot & email?) that scheduled maintenance is planned, including timescales and servers affected.
it is much more professional for us to let our clients know that downtime is likely rather than our clients to contact us complaining of application downtime.

A new option to download all backups at once
In order to keep the backups in my machine, I need to browse all applications and dowload the backup.tgz from there, one by one. But, what if I have many applications at the same server? Also, the folders name don't identify each application easily, so, it is a pain to download and rename each one.
It would be great a button like "Download all your local backups".

ADD SEARCH BAR to toggle between different accounts (when there are a lot)
As an agency that manages a lot of clients, our email is added as a team member on tons of accounts. With a lot of accounts, it's difficult to find the right one. Give us the ability to REQUEST a team member role in another account
The ability to add a team member to an account is great, but it would be even better if we could request access to another account.
That way, I wouldn't have to send my clients instructions on how to add me as a team member. Instead, I could just request access to their account, then they can approve or deny the request by clicking an email link, much in the same way the server migration between accounts works.
GoDaddy has this in place with their 'delegated access' feature, I'd love to see Cloudways implement the same. It's a big time…

Please add Backup Comment option in application backup and server backup
Please Add Backup Comment option in application backup and server backup so that we can input why was a backup created at this time and which one to chose when restoring from backup.
