I want to be able to upload/delete/modify my application files from the Click&Go console ( file manager )381 votes
This is the part of the file path that precedes your document root (eg /home/<your-id>.cloudwaysapps.com/<your-user>/publichtml/publichtml/). This is relatively easy to find but simply posting it as part of the application information would save needless steps.9 votes
Piwik is an open source selfhosted stat system and alternative to google analytics.
Making it simple to install and setup with high performance defaults would add a great feature to your click&go platform.19 votesAdminCloudways (Admin, Cloudways) responded
By now we have created this blog post on how to deploy it over base php stack:
We will later on consider adding it as a standalone application if we see enough pull.
What do you think about option to see exactly the state of storage taken by app, storage left etc. Would something like that be doable?

I found out today that you can have several applications with the exact same name. This can be confusing, and I suggest that it should check this before creating a new application, requiring application names to be unique.1 vote
I would like to ensure that the test account we create for our clients takes our own test domain name by default when we create a new app. (before domain is added)
eg - test-app-name.my-company-domain.com
It would be better to automatically set our own Domain Name on the server to make sharing the test server with clients easier.2 votes
Put a Support button directly on the console screen (where it says Servers Applications Team etc). There's currently no easy way to navigate to Support from that view.1 vote
Can you please make it so that I can click on the words "SERVERS" and "APPLICATIONS" to switch, instead of only on the tiny actual switch?
Thanks in advance1 vote
Just like we have the Task Manager in Windows platform and Activity Monitor on Mac, I would like to see a similar utility in my Cloudways Panel where I can see which processes are causing hugh spikes on my server resources and also I should have the option to force quit them.
I know implementing this option is difficult, but if done it will be an excellent addition to your solutions.3 votes

Kyup autoscaling triggers from total memory usage (including cache and buffers) however that statistic is not viewable from the Cloudways dashboard. The Free Memory chart reports the available memory +/- buffers and cache.
This causes confusion for users of Kyup, since scaling may occur unexpectedly when comparing to stats in the monitoring tab.1 vote
Bulk Add and Edit Projects
It would be nice to create many projects at once. Type/copy and paste into a multiline text field, and/or upload a simple .csv to make many projects at once.2 votes
I followed the below guide for setting up Varnish with Magento and had to ask support for my Varnish Authentication Key.
Could this show in the console or something?5 votes
It would be useful to be able to set the LOCALE setting for php.5 votes
The process should be:
1 - Type of the app (Wordpress, Prestashop...)
2 - Name of the app (My Application)
3 - Primary Domain (myappdomain.com)
4 - SSH Key (Yes - No and if yes "Paste you SSH Key)
Actually these steps means 3 app restarts and 5 minutes, with all these steps at the app creation time it would take no more than 1mn.15 votes
