Allow Cloudflare Bot Protection with Cloudflare Enterprise
Cloudflare has a Bot Protection feature for all plans (including free), found under Security>Bots. I enable this on all my sites.
I've just started using your Cloudflare Enterprise addon for one of my sites but I understand from support that the Bot Protection isn't enabled by default and support can't enable it either.
Please consider adding this as an option where we can enable it.
I know Cloudways already has a bot protection (using Malcare) but that's at the website level. The reason why this would be beneficial to enable it on the Cloudflare level is, it could stop some…

SafeUpdates error log access
When a SafeUpdate fails we need access to the error logs to troubleshoot the specific cause.
If it's one plugin it is very time consuming to do safe updates one plugin at a time because we don't have access to the error logs to narrow down the issue.1 vote -

Add Global API / Connection to Cloudflare for third-party plugins
Many many Wordpress plugins allow integration with Cloudflare CDN.
This is easily done if you are using your personal (even free) Cloudflare account. But if using the Cloudways Cloudflare Enterprise Add-On, you aren't given this option.
Most cache/optimization plugins just need the following:
- Global API Key
- Account Email
- Zone ID
This would allow for automated cache purging when updates are made to the site.
There are other plugins, like ShortPixel's Adaptive Images that can utilize almost any CDN, but can't be integrated via Cloudway's Cloudflare Enterprise.

Please add the update log of SafeUpdate the list of plugins/theme that were successfully updated and version number before and after the update.

Elastic Email - Reply-to address
Currently if a client doesn't have a domain based email account, it is not possible to send an email via elastic email and have a reply go back to a different email address.
elastic email needs to send from a verified domain, but doesn't currently allow a reply-to email address.

Create a way to download the ElasticEmail logs without logging in to the Cloudways portal.
There needs to be a way to have the ElasticEmail logs retrieved without having to log in to the Cloudways portal.
This is an easy thing to forget to check often, and the logs are not eternal so if you forget to do it the logs are gone forever.
We use ElasticEmail at Cloudways solely for sending contact forms from WordPress websites. When a form has multiple recipients at different email domains it is very important to verify the email are being sent and, if not, to see the reason so it may be addressed.

Allow us to verify domains for Elasticemail without enabling tracking
Tracking is optional with Elasticemail, and I do not want them rewriting links in emails or tracking clicks. Especially because we do not have access to view any of this data.(!)

Elastic Email notification on limit Exceed
i am using elastic email service as a addon and i had opted for 8000 emails/month plan but when then limit crossed i did not get any alert from cloudways from last 2 days i was facing issue of email as email were not going from my website then i checked my cloudways account before some time and found that limit has been finished for emails.
SO here i just want to advice product team that kindly make a provision to send email to customer once the limit exceeds for emails.

Allow Wildcard SSL Certificate to be used across multiple applications
Currently you can only use a wildcard SSL certificate with one application, which limits its usefulness to a multi-tenant web application like WordPress Multisite.
If you setup a second application that uses a subdomain that would be covered under your wildcard SSL you unfortunately cannot use the wildcard cert.
As an example:
Application 1 has the domain example.com and a wildcard certificate *.example.com
Application 2 has the domain forum.example.com
Application 2 should be able to use the wildcard certificate from Application 1.

Add Cloudflare Enterprise Clear Cache REST API Endpoint
There is a manual cache clear button in Cloudway's control panel for clearing the Cloudflare Enterprise cache, but no way to clear this automatically.
Adding a new REST API endpoint https://developers.cloudways.com/docs/ to do this would allow developers to automate this when doing a deployment, or when clearing their application cache.
