Allow changing Wordpress admin credentials and make default password stronger
Admin Area Access credentials for Wordpress are not correct when cloning a website. This causes confusion on what the correct password is. Also, when adding an application, the default password created for wordpress credentials are rather weak. Would like ability to set more secure password and also change/sync a password with Admin Area Access details so that this information could be shared among admin staff.

Enable Cloudways Migrator to include migration from local host (PC) etc
The CW migration plugin won't allow migration from local host. I understand Cloudways is used for production purposes but some people still like to develop on localhost PC etc. It would be advantageous if this restriction was fixed.

subdomain configuration without auto adding 'www' into the database for Home URL and site URL
subdomain configuration/assignment to an application without auto adding 'www' into the database for Home URL and site URL (in the option table). When we configure a dubdomain for an application, ex : sub.mysite.com, it writes 'www.sub.mysite.com' into the siteurl field and home filed into the Database.

Implement custom caching plugin (solution) by Cloudways
I think cloudways should come out with their own caching plugin (solution). In my case, it's specific to WP.
The reason being, caching solution works differently from host to host, and is not one solution fits all. And plugins from time to time come out with new versions that may break lots of things, and a ton more reasons.
As cloudways implement lots of custom stack and caching, they should also use and release updates pertaining to their install.
Unless you have a better way, at least when a new version is released, and cloudways has already tested the version…

Generate Wordpress users directly from the CW Dashboard
I change my password on a regular basis. So, when I clone apps, the password given by the CW Dashboard doesn't work. It would be great to force the system to create that user.

Automatic DNS for WordPress MU
In cases like mine, with WordPress MU. I am building a 'Shopify' like site with WordPress MU and WooCommerce. This means my users will be creating the sites on their end.
Through praticallity sub-domains ('customershop.ourdomain.com') are our preferred choice of URL structure.
The way Cloudways works right now, this is only possible if I create the users site then add the sub-domain to the DNS list in Click & Go.
Somehow making this automatic so sub-domains can be created in WP MU and be provisioned throughout the DNS would be awesome.
(I don't know... maybe adding a nameserver service so…
