Display Backup storage requirements
Cloudways server backups require at least 50% storage space of the server to perform a full backup. This mean's although they are moved off the server once complete if you are currently using 51GB of 100GB storage the full server backups will fail to run. For those that backups are important to, at least 50% must always be available.
It would be good to have a feature somewhere in the server management that won't allow you to fill the server more than 50%.
Other suggestion:

Update ImageMagick to support AVIF
The current version of ImageMagick is from the legacy (v6) branch. Updating to the latest version of the v7 branch would allow for AVIF image format support. AVIF has been out for a couple years now and can provide substantially better compression than WebP.

Gatsby (true Headless) Support
Gatsby seems to be sinking its teeth in. It may be here to stay. True headless sites are so ridiculously fast, you can't ignore them. From my research, it seems cloudways does not currently support gatsby serving. I've looked at your other headless options and they're good, but not the same as Gatsby. I recommend you look into it and begin offering options. Thank you for hearing me!

The curl version 7.52.1 is too old.
The curl version is 7.52.1 installed by Vps is about 4.5 years ago. Is it too old to use newer functions or plug-ins?

Duplicate whitelist from server to server
Can we please have the ability to duplicate or copy a servers whitelist to another server.

Allow me to create my own server config defaults
I have wished for a way to create my own defaults for settings that automatically get propagated to new servers. This would include config options available in:
- Server Management > Settings and Packages (especially Basic, Advanced, and Packages)
- Application Management > Applications Settings (especially General and PHP FPM config)
It would save time to not have to go manually change all the config on each server but have it automatically create the server with my preferred settings.

CDN for Staging Environment
Why we can't have CDN URL for the staging environment?
If you dont support CDN for the staging site how can I test the code & optimize speed before making it live?
All leading managed WP hosting companies have CDN support for staging.

Allow to define bash aliases for app user
The master user can define bash aliases in .bash_aliases file, but an app user can't do the same, there is no way to define aliases and load them automatically on ssh login

Add "Bot Protection" events to CloudwaysBot so we know if users are being blocked
It would be great to be notified if Bot Protection is blocking users so that we can take action. Currently, I have to manually check and I am concerned as I myself was blocked a few times. Having an event added to your CloudwaysBot seams like an ideal solution for me as I currently have that integrated with a slack channel. Many thanks, Alex

Enable Autoscaling for servers
It would be great to implement an autoscaling feature that would automatically add additional resources to a server when certain thresholds are met related to RAM or CPU usage.

Fix Database Manager GUI ( Enable table filtering and search fields )
When you click on a database table, you're taken to the Select data tab, which is great. However, the header section is only displaying two fields, neither of which are labeled. All the actual labels and additional fields are missing. This means it's impossible to sort the data, filter, or search for advanced content.

Server Log
While I was talking to support he mentioned cloudways only save log of 7 days. While doing log server analysis for SEO we need 30 days at least. Can you guys extend it?

PHP-FPM Log buffer length limit issue needs resolving
There is an issue on servers configured by Cloudways, in which the PHP-FPM log buffer (error msg length) is set to 1028 bytes. This is too short for many errors messages generated by Wordpress.
It results in many entries of:
"Message":"AH01071: Got error 'the log buffer is full (1024). The access log request has been truncated.'"In the PHP error logs views in Application Manager. So rather than seeing the actual error, you end up just seeing this message. Which is, obviously, very unhelpful.
Apparently it's due to the setting of
log_limitsetting in PHP-FPM, complied with Nginx.

Configure email generated from the server to allow it to go through
The cpanel currently accepts configuration values for SMTP that get carried through to postfix (or whatever), but do not allow us to set a custom From: header. As a result, nearly every SMTP relay will reject the message.
Workarounds include generating email from PHP (usually via PHPMailer) or on the command line using mail -r "[email protected]". However by default, without any workaround, email generated by the system (such as using the MAILTO= in a crontab) will simply fail.

Let us specify the root for a new SFTP account
This is such a basic feature that exists on any cPanel hosting plan. Simply allow us to set the root folder for a new SFTP accounts for an application.
I have software that automatically uploads to the SFTP but the upload fails because your default root (applcations/(appname) is not writable. Simply add a field to let us specify where the root for he new SFTP we just created will be (i.e. applications/(appname)/public_html/newfolder
I cannot stress enough how useful this will be for us developers and will make the CloudWays experience more robust and scalable.

Offer the option to create a new site as a "Staging" site
Currently, new sites cannot be created with the development user/pass UI for adding a username and password to access the site. When you are developing a new site it is important to keep it from being crawled by search engines, so it needs to be behind password protection. right now the only way to accomplish this is to either edit the htaccess file or else install a maintenance plugin.
