i would like to have own nameserver like

ns2.owndomain.comso when public search which proivder we are using, its show owndomain.com instead of cloudaysnameserver.com

Give full access to team member, except delete server/apps
give full access on server settings and apps to a team member
Except - kind of obvious... - the possibility for him to delete the server (or the apps)Now, if we want to do this, we will be forced to go check the permission access everytime we create an app ! It's annoying/impossible

Allow existing Cloudways customer accounts to be added as team members to projects in another account
Essentially, when adding team members to a project, trying to add a user with an email address that is already a customer of cloudways (has an existing account via that email address), will result in an error notification - "You cannot add this email as team member. Use a different email for this user or contact support for more information."
This seems problematic as, with a client on more than one project or across a different account, one can only add the same client by insisting the client maintain several email address for each instance of a team member addition. …

Add an API endpoint to GET SSH keys
You have a way to add, update, and delete SSH keys via the API, but there is no way to list SSH keys. Therefore, if you want to update or delete an SSH key (especially one that you added via the control panel) there is no way to do it via the API because you don't know the SSH key ID.

Transferring of [application] from one server to another Client Server - Both are using cloudways
Hello,
It would be pretty easy process for users consider in the following scenario:
Transferring of application from one account to another account.
Only when both users are using cloudways.
Now transferring of server is available. Just like that it would be great to transfer individual application to another cloudways account.
Hope it will get soon implemented.

Migrating Server Instructions Added
I think instructions for migrating a server shiuld be added. And especially, it should cover things like how not to make your domains names point to each other, because I had the issue that my domain names pointed to each other so when someone went to one of my sites they could see another one of my sites, and this happened during the migration. Uninstall Instructions for CDN Needed
I think there should be uninstall instructions for the CDN added, because I tried to find out how to uninstall it prior to migrating to a new server, and there was no info about it and the rep I spoke with said it should be fine to leave it on. However, when I migrated, my site broke and images didn't display properly, so I think we need uninstall instructions for uninstalling our CDNs before we decided to mirgrate to new servers. Elastic Email Automatically Generated Footer to be Server/Project specific
Currently Elastic Email generates a global footer from the details of the main account. Meaning you can't use the Elastic Email addon across client servers or even multiple projects unless you want you personal information added to the bottom of every email.
There should be the ability to define parameters at the project or server level for Elastic Email to use. Allowing it to be used for non-connected servers/applications.

Better overview - Grid view for applications and servers
In our web agency we sometimes have a little trouble getting a proper overview over the servers and or applications we have on your platform.
Would it be possible to make a "Grid view" for the applications? Perhaps with a screenshot of the applications like Flywheel does?

Verification information should be made more clear...
Guys, this verification thing is not made clear enough on your website. (Yes I saw the small notification messages and information, still I somehow waited for some email, from prior hosting account experiences: "your hosting is ready, is being prepared, and so and so.") Maybe you should still send an email regarding this.
Because "if you don't open this chatbox YOUR ACCOUNT WILL NOT BE VERIFIED and YOU WILL RECEIVE NOTHING FROM US" should be made clear enough.

Elastic Email params and credentials in Server SMTP section
Getting Elastic Email SMTP params and credential in smtp section of the server interface when Elastic Email is selected.
At this time, the credential management is messy (need to ask the support)

Allow clicking on the SERVERS and APPLICATIONS text
And not just the switch, that way improving usability.
Or remove it completely, as Servers and Applications are in the top menu, and seem to do the exact same thing.

Place restrictions of the transport of data from cloudways Staging to Live

As per the above title. I would like to restrict the transport of data from cloudways staging to live.
Primarily this is to prevent any accidental data deletion. I.E updating a woocommerce store
As a safety precaution I would like to prevent data to only go in one direction Live -> Staging
