CloudFlare SSL. Add this as option on SSL Page
Cloudflare provides free SSL too, and I'd like to use it. I would love if you could add this as an option on the SSL page in the cloudways dashboard.
I know I can install one manually, but then thats kind of slower and annoying :)

0 votesFor the CloudFlare Free plan, the SSL is handled within CloudFlare's own dashboard as long as you have CloudFlare Proxy (orange cloud) enabled. It isn't something that can be controlled on our end.
That being said, if you have the CloudFlare Enterprise addon with us, Wildcard SSL support is included and you can learn how to set it up with this guide:

Please add Cloudflare APO to the Cloudflare add-on
Cloudflare APO caches dynamically. I know that you're planning to bring Full page caching but only for HTML. WordPress websites are dynamic, that's why Cloudflare APO is really helpful.

Very disappointed things to didn't downgrade system,
But that is disappointed things to didn't downgrade server, when we have upgade or upscale server within minute, why not provided downgrade also, it's naccessary to clone server and point all application ip. Have many work interrupt due to this non facility and extra work added.
1 voteThe inability to scale down is a technical limitation by some Cloud providers like DigitalOcean, Linode and Vultr.
Scaling down your server is supported by AWS and Google Cloud.

Please change your live chat software to crisp.chat
Crisp has better functionalities with unlimited users. The main thing is, a customer can easily get all the chat history from the browser itself, but for your current software, the chat history just disappears.
Also every time the page reloads, the chat software connection is lost and then I have to ask the bot to transfer me to agent again.

Direct access to Rackspace control panel
It would be neat to add the possibility to directly access the Rackspace control panel where we can:
- add/remove/edit email addresses
- add DKIM records
- change the webmail login url
- add webmail Company logo

Custom Temporary URLs
On the site URLs for our applications it creats something like "wordpress-XXXXXX-XXXXXX.cloudwaysapps.com"
You guys need to find a way to allow users to create or change this temporary URL to something different and easier to remember.
Something like "mysite.cloudways.com".We need to be able to set an easier url to remember. The hosting company I was with before moving to you guys allowed that. It was Flywheel. We could create our own subdomain name for the url.
For Example: At Flywheel we could should choose "mysite" for the temporary domain of "[email protected]"

recently i was working on my website using plesk control panel which let me do a lot of amazing stuffs , it lets manage everything and notify me when i do mistakes and improves my site security for 5$/month only

Update Varnish to 5.0 in order to support HTTP/2
It would appear that Varnish 4.0.2 (which is on my server at www.bizi.fit) does NOT support HTTP/2. The recommended configurations are to enable HTTP/2 (which I have), and to use Varnish caching (for performance).
Are there any plans to upgrade Varnish to 5.0 (or perhaps upon request), in order to actually support HTTP/2. Currently, I can only get use out of HTTP/2 if I DISABLE Varnish cache.
34 votesIn our provided WebStack ( nginx → varnish → apache ).
Since Nginx (which has support of HTTP/2) is in front this eliminates a need of upgrading varnish to 5.0 as far as HTTP/2 is concerned.

Decrease of Price For Vultr Servers
We all know that Vultr recently decreased their Server Pricing.
It's now offering 512MB Server fro 2.5$ and 1GB Server for 5$
But Cloudways is charging insanely on top of that for offering Vultr Servers.
For 5$ Vultr Plan ( 1GB Server ), We need to pay 11$. That is 220% more than what we pay at Vultr
This insane price is for the other plans too. And, There's no 2.5$ plan option in CloudWays.
please support this feedback until CloudWays changes the pricing.

List application in servers.
It doesn't make a lot of sense that applications are not listed under server settings. This seems like a logical addition.

Automatic scaling be available on all Cloud Hosting
Auto-scaling is now available on Kyup. Wish it would be available on Digital Ocean, Vultr, AWS, and Google as well
1 voteUnluckily this is a feature related to the provider not to Cloudways. Kyup has an infrastructure that allows for auto-scaling on a single server. None of the other providers offer this capability, so we can’t integrate it.
