Allow customers to add a secondary or even tertiary payment method.
In case there's a problem with an account, this would allow payment to to be made automatically from a second or third source, so there's no risk of a service interruption and no last-minute panic.

Allow use of PayPal for billing, or more currencies
I'd love to see either more currencies (such as GBP!), or alternatively allow billing via PayPal?
It would save users getting stung with horrific international transaction bank fees (for me it's between £0.50 and £1.50 PLUS 3%)11 votes -
Paypal Recurring Payments
We need Paypal Recurring billing. I don;t have a credit card and I hate to login everytime and pay with Paypal. Could you please enable Paypal Recurring payments.

Permit 2nd credit card (as a backup)
Allow admin to add 2nd credit card (as a backup) in case of expiry date issue with primary card. Adding funds option is not a sufficient fallback here on mission critical services.

Kindly Integrate more payment options like Instamojo or UPI. Our bank holds the account if any payment is processed via PayPal.

Discount for reseller web developers
I use Cloudways to host the applications i develop for my clients. All of them servers is at my account. I don't want to create a different account for every client with affiliate link. It would be nice to me (and i think for many others) if we can get any discount for every server. It could be something like we create accounts with affiliate program.

Payment links
Have an option to generate a payment link which can be sent to people directly for the server. Or if the payment fails, do not ask people to login and pay but provide a link which will open a payments page. This way the payment will be faster than logging in and clicking on multiple links before landing on the payments page.

Accept Discover Credit Card as payment method.
I am in utter disbelief to learn that I cannot pay my bill because my business uses Discover. Discover is one of the most popular networks, what gives? Why???

Cloudways Billed payment update 3D Secure
When I purchase with my Bank Card, It's is declined because there's no 3D secure in Cloudways website.
You should add 3D Secure for the Payment and It's so much secure for the Every Card Payment

per server billing - all under "one roof"
we manage multiple servers, it would be really beneficial if our customers can pay directly for thier own server resources.
rather than combining all under one invoice, I should be able to select the server and choose its own billing options for that particular instance - thereby allowing the customer to control the cost.4 votes -
Allow Cloudways clients to choose which order you process our monthly payments from
Cloudways already offers the ability to add funds to our accounts.
If there are no funds in our account at the time of payment, it automatically uses the credit card on file.Allow us the option to choose which is the primary form of payment: credit card or account balance.
I find this VERY important because if there's an important reason not to be paying attention to emails and the credit card on file doesn't work, your system will shut down our servers in 3 days. Plus the added stress to stop what we're doing to figure out why the…

Let us specify a billing contact for invoices etc.
As the main account holder I want to have invoices sent to another email address of my choosing, so I don't have to manually forward them to the person who deals with our finances.

When editing credit card details indicate going to another site
When I go to change my credit card details it takes me to this site:https://live.adyen.com/hpp/pay.shtml

It's an off-site page that is not part of the domain --
- 1) minimum there should be a message on the link to say going to a 3rd party trusted site --- -2) can it not be kept on the domain somehow

- what privacy info do they store about me
