Auto-generating random WordPress database prefix to improve security
At the moment, a database prefix in each new WordPress instalation is set "wp_". This is makes a website insecure.
Could you auto-generate a random database prefix to fix that?
Thank you.

Allow changing Wordpress admin credentials and make default password stronger
Admin Area Access credentials for Wordpress are not correct when cloning a website. This causes confusion on what the correct password is. Also, when adding an application, the default password created for wordpress credentials are rather weak. Would like ability to set more secure password and also change/sync a password with Admin Area Access details so that this information could be shared among admin staff.

Improve Staging Deployment for Wordpress Sites with better Find/Replace
I have found a problem with the Staging deployment for my wordpress sites.
Some plugins and themes store serialised arrays in the wordpress options. This is a valid technique that results in less DB calls.
However, if you simply do a find and replace on URLs in the database, the serialisation of the array will break. This means that the Staging site will lose the settings in the plug-ins and themes.
If you don't realise this, and push the changes back to Live, the Live website will break.A related problem is with premium plugins and themes that are licensed…

Direct login to WP dashboard from admin planel URL without password
This is a very handy function i see WP Engine has and it makes it super easy to just login to each site without the need to save passwords in the browser or add them manually. Do you think this would be an option to implement in the future?

Have a dedicated WordPress team
I like the Wordpress teams for the managed WordPress hosting on the other hosting platforms like WP Engine, etc. I think that would be cool here. Pick the server that best suits your need and have a WordPress guru team supporting the best CMS out there.

DISABLE_WP_CRON by default
Would define a trustable WP Cron for low traffic sites, as It won't depend on visits any more.
And also and no less important, High Traffic sites would have a stability boost. So, by default add this in wp-config.php
define('DISABLEWPCRON', 'true');And automatically setup an actual cron job in the App Console.

Allow exceptions to "Direct PHP files access"
I'd find it really useful to be able to add exceptions to this rule by specifying specific URLs you want to allow direct access for. For example AJAX calls to PHP it might be necessary to have.

Continue to support cache plugin!!
Hi! Your cache plugin is AMAZING! Please, please continue to support it. I tried another plugin (WP Rocket): for my site is far better than that one. I would buy it for sure, if you would decide sell it. Just please continue to develop it, please!
Just a big THANK YOU for all the creators behind that fantastic plugin!18 votes -
Automatic DNS for WordPress MU
In cases like mine, with WordPress MU. I am building a 'Shopify' like site with WordPress MU and WooCommerce. This means my users will be creating the sites on their end.
Through praticallity sub-domains ('customershop.ourdomain.com') are our preferred choice of URL structure.
The way Cloudways works right now, this is only possible if I create the users site then add the sub-domain to the DNS list in Click & Go.
Somehow making this automatic so sub-domains can be created in WP MU and be provisioned throughout the DNS would be awesome.
(I don't know... maybe adding a nameserver service so…

Wordpress Manager
I am well aware of apps like InfiniteWP and ManageWP. The best thing about them is the bulk core and plugin update management. However, it sucks to have ANOTHER service to add and manage to your websites.
It would be AWESOME if CloudWays began to build some of these features into the control panel. It makes the most sense to have them in one place.
CloudWays, have you considered building any features like this?

Breeze WordPress cache preload
Cache preload based on sitemap.
Set sitemap URL on plugin (see example on Comet Cache settings - I can release an install example for you to see).
In Comet Cache you can set your sitemap URL, so the cache plugin can preload the cache, to make the site as fast as possible. If you're using Yoast SEO or another sitemap generator, you set the preload based on sitemap.
Important for performance, on Comet Cache you can setup the interval of iteration between each URL reach on the sitemap, so you don't overload the server when preloading the cache.
Hope I'd…

Login to Wordpress as Admin with 1-Click
I like how Plesk WordPress Toolkit allows logging into WordPress admin with 1 click, instead of needing to copy and paste login info.
This is especially useful when hosting multiple Wordpress websitesNow its bad that it always shows the default Cloudways admin login even after migrating or changing the login.
also, allow changing admin login from the dashboard.

Add Critical CSS option to the Breeze Cache Plugin
Add an option to the Breeze caching plugin to generate the critical css for each page. The Autoptimize and Wp Rocket plugins have this feature and it rocks but I've found that your Breeze plugin renders those other plugins features useless. Your plugin alone provides better results than any of those other options. The critical css is the only thing I find to be missing and would greatly improve load times.

Wordpress multisite + woocommerce support
I run a woocommerce store (multi language) using wordpress multisite... I know it's not supported yet in cloudways, would be awesome to have support for it. I'm just waiting this to migrate my stores.
cheers

Breeze needs to purge CDN
I agree with previous posts ... Breeze must purge everything, including a CDN. This functionality should not only purge the Cloudways CDN, but also any CDN that is compatible with Breeze.
This is a MUST for a speed development workflow.

Add ability to exclude folders on the migration tool.
The Cloudways WP Migration tool needs the ability to exclude folders from the backup. It says already that sites over 200mb won't work, and most of the sites I manage have upload folders with large media files. I know I will have to transfer these myself via FTP, but if you added the ability to exclude the folder, the rest of the migration could still happen.
