Enable downgrade without IP-address changes
It would be nice if you could downgrade a server without loosing the IP-address.
Or if you could clone an application to another server and move the IP-address with it.
This could be done by giving the possibility to switch IP-addresses between my own existing servers.

This is a huge one for me -- but not just because of downgrading.
I have over 120 websites running on Debian 11, which loses support on August 31, 2026. On Cloudways, we update the OS by cloning the server.
If I have to clone the server and then work with clients to update their DNS records -- it'll be months of work and back and forth communication.
I would happily pay for a reserved IP address on each server so that the cloned server automatically receives the same reserved IP address.

This is absolutely critical. Digital Ocean already offers this natively with their Reserved IP addresses. Please integrate this into your server offerings. It is not feasible to have to updated the DNS records for hundreds of domains and services each time we need to scale a server back down after a big event.
