When using a staging server that's linked to the live server we have the option to push / pull data from the live server to the staging server.

If you want to select specific tables your system displays the tables in a very confusing manner/order. I'm not sure what order they are displayed in but it would be much easier and more user friendly if they we're in alphabetical order and match / similar to the table layout in the DB. We have to choose a larger number of tables and use Magento so there's lots of tables to scroll through and currently it's very easy to miss one or spend lots of time make sure you have all tables starting with customer_ for example.

I can't see an option here to upload an image as an example which is another good idea for this section or reporting a feature improvement.
