streamline verification process/setup
Its been many hours and still the verification is not done. I have never seen this with any hosting provider. My client was saying to ditch you and get some other which has some type of clear response and streamlined setup. Hosting setup should be an automated process. On top of this, you have no chat for pre-sales or verification process setup. This should be of utmost priority to any hosting provider. Also. you have only 3 day trial period and no direct buy option.
