Drupal core update!
Please update Drupal core to current 7.35, also - it could be an option to update core from admin panel and have "autoupdate" turned on...

We do apps updates on monthly cycles. Next will be beginning of April.

it is not good, as things like this http://mattkorostoff.com/article/I-survived-drupalgeddon-how-hackers-took-over-my-site happens... usual window is ~6-24 hours not to be hacked by automated bots
