1. Cloudways needs to activate Cloudflare deviced-based caching (cf-device-type)

   You cannot activate Cloudflare Edge Caching feature in Cloudways without it bypassing/overrding device detection from Varnish

   Reading Cloudflare's docs allowing device based caching is trivial. However we have no access to the majority of Cloudflare's settings (which should be a ticket here in and of itself)

   Currently without this if a page is cached first when a mobile user visits it, then a desktop user will get the mobile version

   There is already an installation guide for digital ocean. Adding Meilisearch as a search engine for Laravel using the Scout package would be extremely beneficial. The installation is simple.

8. Support between Default Malcare plugin and Cloudware bot protection from Malcare

   With the paid bot protection form Malcare/Cloudways you should also should keep using the default Malcare plugin.
   At this moment you have to disable one of the services to use Malcare.
   This is weird because Cloudways is in this not helping customers, it's limiting protection that comes with the default Malcare plugin. So i think cloudways need to fix the app to make it work to use both!

   New Relic now supports PHP up to version 8.2 (https://docs.newrelic.com/docs/release-notes/agent-release-notes/php-release-notes/php-agent-10-7-0-319/), however, per Cloudways customer support, New Relic is not yet enabled for PHP 8.2 apps. Please enable it!

10. Allow us to manage Cloudflare Enterprise domain settings (page rules, bot protection, IP whitelisting, etc.)

    I'm currently using the WP Hide & Security Enhancer plugin to change the urls and file structures of my WordPress Install (using block and URL re-wire techniques). For more information on the plugin please see: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-hide-security-enhancer/

    This may be incompatible with the 'default' setup of the Cloudways Cloudflare Enterprise add-on as I now have a different URL for the WP Admin, Plugins etc. I need to be able to bypass cache for the custom URL's that I've set. I also need to be able to whitelist IP's and set up bot protection. There seems to be no way to do this with the Cloudflare Enterprise add-on integration.

    Previously, when using Cloudflare directly, I could also make use of the Cloudflare Wordpress Plugin; setting it to automatically clear cache when making updates and changes to the website. There seems to be no way to link the Cloudflare WordPress plugin to the Cloudways Cloudflare Enterprise domain. I now have to log into Cloudways, go to the app's Cloudflare settings and manually clear the cache.

    Please provide us with greater access for managing Cloudways Cloudflare Enterprise domain settings!

    Please work with Cloudflare to implement a way to link the Cloudflare Wordpress plugin to the Cloudways Cloudflare Enterprise domain so that we can make use of the plugin's automated cache clearing, etc.

11. URL to call Git Pull without login to the panel or the API

    On Deployment via Git panel, the Pull button works manually and I’d like to be able to activate it externally, for the webhook’s Bitbucket feature, to deploy on every master branch change.

    After enable the Git repository on the Deployment via Git panel, some link could be provided to make the Pull action easier to be called, without the need to login or get a token.

13. Add support for AWS SSM as a more secure private VPC entry point

    AWS SSM (Secure Session Manager) is now the preferred way to connect to apps and services within a private VPC from an external location.

    For the uninitiated, AWS services are all accessibile from within AWS (of course dependent on your config) but are not typically accessible from outside of your AWS VPC. If one would like to take advantage of an AWS hosted service or instance special steps must be taken to help get outside apps access to things "inside" of the network.

    For example, if one is using an aurora DB it is preferred to keep the DB server private and only allow access via a defined route. Traditionally this is done with a "bastion" or "jump" server to bridge the gap between external and internal traffic.

    However, AWS and devs alike now recommend the use of AWS SSM
    due to some key advantages:
    - More durable setup, no worries re: ssh tunnel failure which can happen time to time.
    - SSM manages auth, more secure than IP address + SSH key setup
    - No need for SSH rotation/management. SSM does this automagically
    - SSM server can live INSIDE the vpc which is HUGE, less exposure, improved protection from attacks
