My verification mail does not arrive, I already tried different emails, I left message on the support and nothing. They seemed like a good company, but the support is lacking, and the registration system is very bureaucratic. If you can not even activate a subscription, how can I trust that they will take good care of my site. I found it very unkind, they lost a client. It seems that they are not even interested in selling.

Canceled due to horrible support
Hi,
I have canceled my plan due to the horrible support:
Non-English speakers, most of the time I couldn't even understand what your support staff is trying to say. Please hire people that at least know some basic English. That happened on multiple occasions.
Terrible advices. I've never seen so bad advices from a hosting provider.
Weak passwords. I've never seen a hosting that is forcing its customers not to use upper case for its passwords. That was brutal.
Support randomly closed tickets after failing to explain what they want to say.

I suggest a partnership with HOSTIDIME servers because they have data centers located in Brazil, and a better price than Amazon.

2GB RAM and 2 Core which is available in Digital Ocean but not in CW
I miss having 2GB RAM and 2 Core which is available in Digital Ocean but not in Cloudways. This would be the perfect balance for my Woocommerce website.

Give color to the url text or background of a staging site to give a visual indication that you are working in the staging envornment
When working in a staging environment it is difficult to know visually if you are really there. At best the only way to know currently is to remember the cloudways assigned url. I suggest that coloring the url text or background of the url yellow (or any other color) would make it easier to know what environment one is working on. I know there is a wordpress plugin that does this so if it can't be done via the url text or background maybe some other way.

Multiple SSL for single Application with several domains (not subdomains)
Currently, you are only able to install one SSL certificate per application. However, with WordPress multisite installations, a single application could have several different domains. Each domain needs it's own SSL certificate.
Without this feature, we can't have large multisite installations running sites with different domains that need SSL.

Team Member permission to include Adding New Team Members
Only our tech director can currently add new 'Team Members'. We're in a variety of countries and can't always ask the tech director.
We need to be able to have other 'Primary Team Members' be able to add their own 'Team members'. ie, better permissions.

Info suggesting resources used by my website?
Lets say I use the $10 monthly pack today. Now how do i decide if I need more resources for my website? i.e. how do I know i need $22 /month pack as my website users have increased? I think there should be an icon on dashboard where i should be shown that I am using my resources (current plan) to full capacity and will benefit from more resources...

Give full access to team member, except delete server/apps
give full access on server settings and apps to a team member
Except - kind of obvious... - the possibility for him to delete the server (or the apps)Now, if we want to do this, we will be forced to go check the permission access everytime we create an app ! It's annoying/impossible

Migrating Server Instructions Added
I think instructions for migrating a server shiuld be added. And especially, it should cover things like how not to make your domains names point to each other, because I had the issue that my domain names pointed to each other so when someone went to one of my sites they could see another one of my sites, and this happened during the migration. Uninstall Instructions for CDN Needed
I think there should be uninstall instructions for the CDN added, because I tried to find out how to uninstall it prior to migrating to a new server, and there was no info about it and the rep I spoke with said it should be fine to leave it on. However, when I migrated, my site broke and images didn't display properly, so I think we need uninstall instructions for uninstalling our CDNs before we decided to mirgrate to new servers. Verification information should be made more clear...
Guys, this verification thing is not made clear enough on your website. (Yes I saw the small notification messages and information, still I somehow waited for some email, from prior hosting account experiences: "your hosting is ready, is being prepared, and so and so.") Maybe you should still send an email regarding this.
Because "if you don't open this chatbox YOUR ACCOUNT WILL NOT BE VERIFIED and YOU WILL RECEIVE NOTHING FROM US" should be made clear enough.

The possibility of adding more than one database per application, and even by subdomain.
Ex:
domain.com.br - > 1 database
subdomain.domain.com.br -> 2 databaseall in the same app

include ALL digital ocean plans
Digital Ocean offers you “flexible plan” droplets. Such as 1gb ram with 3 cores. Couldn’t this be implemented with cloudways so we have more choice?
At the moment I need more cpu power but I don’t require additional ram.
Allowing the above will help my situation.
