Lets say you have a staging server with multiple apps/sites on it. A dev on your team might be working on multiple apps on that server, and need access to all of them.

This is currently not possible, unless you also give FULL server access to that team member. Which then means that just because the person should be able to access and work with all the apps on the server, he/she also has access to potentially harmful settings such as package control, scaling, and even server deletion.

Simply, all the permission checkboxes are good as they are, but we need one more for ALL applications (leaving the fine grain control we currently have as well). A setting that doesn't give full access to all server settings, but gives a team member access to all apps on the server.

I have just finished a trial account. Very happy with the initial trial, wanted to pay via PayPal which in itself was a problem (waiting for it to be setup).

When the trial was expiring I asked the customer support to enable Paypal payments and asked if I would be able to continue from where I left off. I was told nothing is removed for 7days after the trial.

After finally managing to pay via PayPal my trial account was restored to a state of 6am in the morning....although my trial didn't expire to later in the afternoon.

I even received an email hours later at 1.39PM UTC explaining that my Trial was about to expire and I could upgrade it.

When a trial account is deleted, a backup should be taken or it should be left untouched for atleast 24hrs so a customer can upgrade without losing a days work.

Agents shouldn't be giving false information either, if I was told "Your trial account will be deleted, we will only have a backup from the morning before your trial expired" then I would have taken my own backups.

Happy customer -> unhappy before the migration even took place!

It seems kind of strange that when I install and app to a server I am not able to do anything else on the server. I know it says the adding of a new app only takes about 2 min, but some times it takes longer(currently it has been running for 15min for me) during this time if I try to access another App it tells me the server is busy. This seems very inefficient especially if you have multiple people working on the apps and server. It would be great if I was able to still have access to the apps even when the server is working on addin a new app.

It would be very helpful for monitoring purposes and quality control purposes if we could be alerted when emails are trying to be sent from the server instead of 3rd party or add-on.

For example I have a plugin that allows me to setup emailing through mandrill on a site by site basis. This allows for better tracking. In some cases the sites are not able to communicate with mandrill and it falls back to using wp_mail() which would try to get the server to send out the email. Since Cloudways doesn't support emailing from servers these emails fail silently.

Email failing silently is very bad especially for websites that rely on form contacts for leads and sales, sign ups, etc... And this can go on for multiple months without ever knowing, which makes it even worse.

It would be awesome if this was part of cloudways server monitoring. So any time an email send requests is made on the server an alerted is made(probably through cloudwaysbot and/or webhook). That way no emails are missed and the issue can be looked into right away.
