Create a KB article on making a subdomain site with a separate application than main domain
I think for regular folks like me it would help to have a KB article on simply making a subdomain with a new application. I think it's a common thing people want to do.
so example... I have my main app with main domain www.example.com and the KB would show how to add something like store.example.com with separate WP install or other app...
I think a KB like that would be helpful :) Thanks

Server Monitoring Details - Adding back "2 Hours" and "6 Hours" timeframes
On "Server Monitoring --> Details" the timeframes of "2 Hours" and "6 Hours" should be added back. They're very usefull and missed.

Multiple SSL for single Application with several domains (not subdomains)
Currently, you are only able to install one SSL certificate per application. However, with WordPress multisite installations, a single application could have several different domains. Each domain needs it's own SSL certificate.
Without this feature, we can't have large multisite installations running sites with different domains that need SSL.

Add write permissions to user (~) directory for SSH application user
The application user does not have write permissions to their own user directory (i.e.
~/). This prevents any application that needs to write to this directory from being run when logged in as an application user, such as git, ssh, npm, etc.Making the user directory for the application user writable by the application user, so that new files and sub-directories can be created, will solve many issues that myself and others are having running applications when logged in as an application user.

Add **Purge CDN** to Breeze
When developing a site, site creators will always be toggling settings on and off to make sure everything is working correctly.
Yet the only way to purge the CDN is to go all the way back into the CloudWays /apps/ dashboard, then purge the CDN from within:

Update requirements for Magento 2. Can't create staging environment.
When trying to create a staging environment for my Magento 2 application I am getting the warning that my application doesn't support PHP 7.2 while it does by default. The message:
The deployed versions of PHP or MySQL on your server are incompatible with your application’s requirements. To continue, you’ll first have to update the following from Settings & Packages area:
Change your PHP version to 7.0 or 7.1.Please change the requirements so that I can successfully create a stating environment for my application. Support told me to open feedback here I really don't know why.

Reset File Permissions For ALL Applications On A Server
Would love to see an option to reset file permissions for ALL applications on a server at once. Instead of having to manually go into each application and reset them. There needs to be some option on the server to reset all application file permissions at once. Thanks!

Clean cache
Hey,
Last days my websites got slower and slower on backend, so I contated support and they said they had cleared my server cache and it should be fine and really was ...
so I have asked them if I can do this by myself and they told me not yet ...
so I am suggesting to do that as new feature as one click varnich clear, also to clear cache (don't know what type of cache, but that was what I was told from support..

2GB RAM and 2 Core which is available in Digital Ocean but not in CW
I miss having 2GB RAM and 2 Core which is available in Digital Ocean but not in Cloudways. This would be the perfect balance for my Woocommerce website.

Add ClassicPress to the apps list
With the introduction of Gutenberg and the new direction WordPress is taking, it might be a good idea to add ClassicPress to the applications list.
ClassicPress is a hard fork of WordPress version 4.9.8 the last version to include the text editor as default.

Be able to view support tickets opened by team members without cc
I need to be able to designate which of my Cloudways team member are part of my organization and then be able to view the status of any ticket they have opened.
Your support ticket portal has 3 columns: My Requests, Requests I'm CC'd on, and Organization Requests but apparently Organization Requests does not work ???
It's not enough to ask team members to try to remember to CC me on their tickets. Instead, I should be able to designate which of my team members are part of my organization and then be able to see the status of their…

Cloudways Billed payment update 3D Secure
When I purchase with my Bank Card, It's is declined because there's no 3D secure in Cloudways website.
You should add 3D Secure for the Payment and It's so much secure for the Every Card Payment

The new Disk Usage Per Application report is great, but it's missing an obvious feature to allow this list to be sorted by usage.

Settings of max server power per app
Hi,
it will be great if there is app setting for max usage of server power. E.g. a can set, that this app can use max 50 % of server power.1 vote -
Give color to the url text or background of a staging site to give a visual indication that you are working in the staging envornment
When working in a staging environment it is difficult to know visually if you are really there. At best the only way to know currently is to remember the cloudways assigned url. I suggest that coloring the url text or background of the url yellow (or any other color) would make it easier to know what environment one is working on. I know there is a wordpress plugin that does this so if it can't be done via the url text or background maybe some other way.
