Support multiple nodejs versions like v6, v7 and v8
I recommend you use NVM, so that we can install and select whichever version of Node we want. This would also help with permission issues.

Option to re-create database
There should be an option to re-create an entire database. So instead of dropping all tables, we should be able to mysql DROP TABLENAME and mysql CREATE TABLENAME. I ran into a major mysql bug and my database was corrupt, even when I dropped all tables. I do not want to change the name of the database, just be able to re-create the database from scratch.

Varnish cache for Opencart Apps
Cloudways is the first and favorite option for managed Cloud hosting for Opencart as mentioned in Opencart community. So I feel there should be varnish cache support for opencart (latest version).

Seperate funding for each server
We are a creative agency that creates websites for our clients. We would like to have all our client servers under one roof, our account. As we receive yearly payment of hosting fees in advance, we would like to charge each server with its own funding amount.

Exclude certain tables from the search/replace script when cloning
I've just cloned a site and the script has updated the client email addresses in the database from <user>@domain.com to <user>@www.domain.com, which caused all of the clients users to fail login.
I'm sure it would be quite simple to exclude the user tables from this script.

Show chat icon at bottom right
It's great to have the Online Chat tool, but whenever I need to minimise the screen to see something in Platform admin, I can only get back to it by clicking on the tab on the right and opening the Live Chat again.
I've asked questions, had to close it to see what was being mentioned, then open it all again to respond or when I hear the ping notification that there's a new message.
It would really speed up sorting out issues via chat. Thanks!

New Email Adress on New application.
New Email Address option should be there whenever install new application. I hate whenever I install new application it installed on the primary email address. Kindly, provide extra admin user email.

Root mysql user per server
Add the ability to access mysql databases on server level next to application level. Sometimes it could be handy to access all databases on the server from one administration application, instead based on per application

The possibility of adding more than one database per application, and even by subdomain.
Ex:
domain.com.br - > 1 database
subdomain.domain.com.br -> 2 databaseall in the same app

Link to support tickets
To save a couple steps, please add a link directly to our support tickets from the console, preferably opened in a new tab. Then we don't have to navigate to the support domain and click on Submit a Ticket.

Firewall Management + fail2ban support
It would be useful to have the ability to configure the default firewall rules at server level, rather than relying on htaccess files which are useless for managing large data sets (i.e. IP lists/ranges).
Additionally, having fail2ban installed and bridging between the firewall would be extremely helpful for using plugins like wp-fail2ban, which automatically bans "bruteforce" login attempts at server level, rather than application level.

Send an SMS to customer if he miss payment instead of deleting whole server!
I missed the payment, haven't see emails, just logged in today my server has been deleted already and have waited to get answers. after paying money its been recovering. but just suggesting customer support should send customer an important SMS too, instead of deleting whole server. this will be unfair and disaster for business.

Add ClouDNS domain management
Specifically free DNS zone management, which has an HTTP API available for easier integration. It's really annoying for some ccTLD (like .com.ar) which doesn't offer it by default.

Add ability to schedule automatic server shutdown/enable
Add ability to schedule automatic server shutdown/enable.
If i have a server that i know is only required to be used during regular business hours, but i dont want it accessible or paying for it during non-business hours, I'd like to automatically schedule it to go offline and then come back online later.
IE: i want to shut it down every day at 1am and bring it back online at 6am, without having to do it manually.
