  1. Email Aliases For Rackspace Email

    Rackspace Email has a feature I have used many times when managing Rackspace Email through Rackspace interface directly or from other resellers (such as LiquidWeb). This feature is to have Email aliases (which Rackspace does not charge a fee for) which can forrwarding to Emails outside of the domain. For example, an alias can be setup that is: "[email protected]" and that alias will automatically forward mail to some other Email address, such as [email protected] ... Rackspace does not charge for such aliases because it does not require setting up a mailbox. Cloudways should add the ability setup such…

  2. Show mailbox usage size

    In the mailbox admin panel where it lists all the mailboxes hosted, it should show the mailbox size out of 25gb used so as an admin I can see quickly each mailbox size to ensure users stay in their quota. Right now the only way to see this is in each users mailbox, which I don't have access to.

  3. Rackspace email - need archive option/add-on

    Please provide option or add-on for archiving Rackspace emails.
    My account is full!
    Rackspace direct has an archive option, so we need to add it to the Cloudways Rackspace email.
