Whitelist IP address for all servers on an account
When working on a new IP address and need to access all my websites and databases, I would like to add the value in one place to submit to all servers. At the moment, it takes several minutes to save on every page.

Add slack integration option for team members
Add the ability for a team member account to set up a Slack channel to receive real-time alerts for all servers that have given them access. Currently, only account owners can set up a Slack channel. We are an agency that manages multiple clients' servers and our own with many applications on them. We are not going to have our clients set up a Slack channel for every server/account.
The goal is to have 1 Slack channel that shows all the alerts from the servers that have granted us access so that our developers can see them in real time.

Elastic Email Delivery Notifications
I think Elastic Email is an affordable feature integrated on Cloudways. However if you have many websites and let's say, some stop sending emails for a reason, you have no way to know. Unless you read every report every few days. It would be great if there was a feature that you receive an email notification if there is any connection issue with the email delivery.
I have a lot of websites for clients and I'm too worried to use Elastic Email with Cloudways, as I have no idea if they stop sending. I could loose clients.

Need ability to set ip request rate limiting from the server-end.
Sometime bad bot are not pickup by cloudways CDN (cloudflare enterprise) and it freeze our server. Therefore we need an ability to set ip request rate limiting from the server-end.
Let say any ip which request more than 100 in 15 mins will be blocked.1 vote -
Add the ability to turn on SSH/SFTP details sharing between accounts
I would be great if we had an option to turn on SSH/SFTP sharing between accounts. I have been informed it is off by default for security reasons. But there are times where it is useful to be able to control these connections between accounts.

Billing details
Just have more details on your current credit card on the dashboard. Especially expiry date. Its useful if your card is close to expiring to know if you've updated it or not etc.

Whitelist Particular Directory for Under Attack Mode
I am using Cloud Flare Under Attack Mode on my website, Everthing is working fine, but I want to whitelist a particualr directory,
I am also using YOURLS on my website, so every short url also has to pass the CloudFlare check which is quite irrritating for the users and also seeing drop in sale.
So if possible please fix this issue.

Create your own templates for DNS Made Easy
Right now, you have several options under the Templates tab with the DNS Made Easy add-on, but multiple templates would be really nice. Also, self made templates would be just amazing as well as the standard templates for existing servers in your account.
