An error occurred while saving the comment Fostira commentedWe have had the same concern and as an agency partner we raised this to Cloudways attention but it seem that it is not their priority at all. Don't know what it takes to press the prices further.
Mail and deliverability could be a hassle if Cloudways won't dedicate a team to provide mailbox services connected to reputable providers.
To be honest I don't think with the potential and customer base Cloudways have, it would be hard to form a such service with a defined SLA so that users have right expectations.
If it is any help for you guys, have a look at providers like MXroute or Mailcheap in the mean time.
