Allow customers to create database users
When having Master Credentials you con go to the MySQL Manager and create a user, but when you want to save you get:
"Access denied; you need (at least one of) the CREATE USER privilege(s) for this operation"
You should allow permissons for Master Credentials to creat DB users

We really need this feature urgently please Cloudways. It's a really basic security must have for creating least privilege access for non-admin users.
This request has been open 5 years already! Not having this feature suggests you don't treat security as a priority

This was probably the most shocking discovery when we test drove the Cloudways platform for the first time this week.

We also need this feature.
Actually we can't host several applications on Cloudways because it would be a security risk to only have one single admin user and also use this one on external services which only need READ access.

How is this not possible?

Need to have ability to create new DB user(s).
It is misleading that in the DB management interface the form is there to create a new user, but it doesn't work. -
