Updating Service Plan Rates and Managing Existing Plans/Services
It would be extremely helpful for agencies with multiple clients to be able to:
- Update the rates in existing plans
- Delete previously created plans (in addition to archiving)
- Delete previously created services (in addition to archiving)
At the moment, the only way to change a plan’s rate is to archive the plan and create a new one with the updated pricing, which is confusing and very time-consuming. The same applies to Services. There’s currently no way to delete a service once it’s been created.

NBAD balance inquiry discrepancy affecting automated billing reconciliation
I am currently managing client billing through Cloudways and reconciling incoming payments manually against our UAE bank account with National Bank of Abu Dhabi. We rely on daily balance inquiries and transaction exports from the bank to confirm which client invoices have actually been paid before marking them as settled inside Client Billing.
Over the past week I have noticed a recurring issue where the available balance shown in online banking does not match the closing balance reflected in the downloadable statement for the same date. In two cases, client transfers were visible in the transaction list but the available…

Expand Payment Options in Client Billing System
I’d like to propose an enhancement to the Client Billing feature by expanding the available payment options beyond Stripe. While Stripe is reliable and widely used, it doesn’t always meet the needs of every client, especially in regions where alternative payment methods are more common. This can create unnecessary friction during the payment process.
From my experience, some clients prefer using PayPal or other local gateways because they are more familiar and easier to access. Without built-in support, users often have to handle these payments manually and then update invoices themselves. This not only takes extra time but also reduces…

Add Multi-Payment Gateway Support (PayPal, Local Methods) to Client Billing
I’d like to suggest expanding the payment options in Client Billing beyond the current setup. Right now, many users rely primarily on Stripe, which works well for most cases, but not all clients are comfortable using it-especially in regions where PayPal or local payment methods are more common. This creates friction in the payment process and sometimes forces manual workarounds.
Adding support for multiple payment gateways like PayPal, regional wallets, or even bank integrations would make the system much more flexible and globally friendly. It would also improve conversion rates and reduce the need to mark payments manually as completed.

Increase Character Limits for Service and Plan Names
The current character limits (40 characters for Service names and 20 characters for Plan names) are very restrictive. When creating services or plans for our clients who request more descriptive or specific titles, we often can’t use the full, client-approved names due to these limitations.
Increasing these limits would make it much easier to create clear, client-friendly naming without workarounds or abbreviations.

Separate the Reports feature from Client Billing.
I love the Reports feature, but I don't think it should be tied to Client Billing. We should be able to create and schedule reports for any App, to any email address we enter - without having to set them up as a client in Client Billing. Client Billing is the only thing preventing me from using Reports right now, as I have no interest in changing billing systems. Anyone agree?

Schedule Client Reports
Hi,
It would be great if client reports from the client billing and reporting section could be sent automatically on a schedule, such as one per month etc. This would save time and make things more consistent.1 vote -
What is a personal website?
A personal website is basically a digital footprint on the internet. You can easily convey yourself while making a personal website, showcase your talent, ideas, and success. Similar to social media platforms, where you do not take control over ownership. You can easily obtain full ownership and the content you have shown on the website. To learn more, engage yourself with trusted and cheap personal website makers in Dubai. They further guide you.

Looking for help with freight that includes products from multiple vendors
We’ve got a tricky situation — we’re sourcing three different product types from suppliers in China and India, but none of them ship in large volumes. We usually end up with a lot of wasted space and high shipping costs. I’m hoping there’s a smarter way to combine shipments from these vendors without paying for a half-empty container. Do freight companies help with this or is it on us to figure it out?

Unjust Website Termination
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the termination of my server due to a late payment of only three days. As a loyal customer with a consistent payment history through automatic payments since 2019, this issue occurred due to my credit card expiring. The termination of my website has caused significant business impact, and I believe Cloudways should offer a grace period of up to 10-15 days for late payments to prevent such situations.
I kindly request the immediate restoration of my website and a review of your policy for future improvements.
Thank you for your understanding.
Sincerely,

Automatically transition from free trial to active account once credit card is added.
My client added their credit card a few hours before the free trial expired. That should be enough to just keep the server running. I believe they then got a mail saying "Congrats. Account activated" or words to that effect, so they assumed it was all ok. However, it seems they needed to also click further confirmations on the dashboard. By the time, they realised this - only an hour after the expiry - the server had to be "recovered". This actually means a brand new server needed to be setup with a different IP address, etc. As the developer,…

Scalable Adult Sites
As someone with very little technical experience, I always thought building an adult content platform would be impossible. Most CMS platforms I tried were either too complex or lacked the features I needed. Then I discovered Bunny CMS, and it completely changed my perspective. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, with built-in features like paywalls, subscription management, and VR content support. I was able to launch my site without hiring developers or spending months on setup. The best part is how scalable the system is — as my site grows, I can easily add new features without worrying about performance…

You can configure a specific language for the client, using the preferred_locales field in the API or on the “Client” page of the Dashboard.
You can configure a specific language for the client, using the preferred_locales field in the API or on the “Client” page of the Dashboard. Stripe will issue invoices, receipts, and other materials to that customer in translated emails, payment pages, or PDFs.

Crypto Hosting Options
I have been using traditional hosting services for a long time, paying with my credit card. Recently, I started thinking about online privacy and the security of my payments. I came across the option of paying for hosting with cryptocurrency, but I’m unsure if such services are trustworthy. How do I choose a reliable hosting provider that accepts crypto, and what should I pay attention to?

How Many People Can a Sheet Cake Serve?
I often struggle with estimating how many people a sheet cake can feed, especially when portion sizes vary for different events. A casual party might have larger slices, while a wedding or corporate event might go for smaller portions to serve more guests.
From what I’ve learned:
A full sheet cake (18” x 24”) can serve 48 to 96 people, depending on slice size.
A half sheet cake (12” x 18”) serves around 24 to 48 people.
A quarter sheet cake (9” x 12”) typically serves 12 to 24 people.
I found this guide www.customcakeboxes.com/people-sheet-cake-feed/ really helpful—it breaks down sheet…1 vote
