Direct Access to DNS Integration
Having direct access to the DNS add-on would have made things a lot easier. There are many different DNS setups that make it difficult to know exactly what is needed to add and or remove things. And via ticketing service makes it really difficult and confusing.

It would only take a new link in each control panel of each of the applications, as it happens with Domain Management (perhaps a section inside this one)

I would love to have direct access to DNS Made Easy via Cloudways, I would transfer over straight away.
Currently using DNS Made Easy directly as its a pain to contact the live support every time I need a record updating/changing etc.. -

I did not know that there isn't an actual interface(or access) to this addon. It is hard to implement simple DNS configuration when you need to do it via chat. There is nothing fast about it, it just adds an unnecessary layer of communication which you could've done faster on your own if you have access to it. I think it will also reduce support request regarding this feature on your end too.
Please have this implemented.
