Mention about Off-site backups charges in pricing table and add a calculator to estimate the backup fee
I'm unaware of off-sites backups until I check my billing. Why don't you mention about this extra charge to the customer? Why can't we disable it? They are many free plugins in WordPress for daily backups.

It would be much better if off-site backup charges were clearly mentioned in the pricing table from the start. I only discovered this extra fee after checking my billing, which is frustrating.
Why isn’t there a simple calculator to estimate backup costs in advance, and why can’t customers disable off-site backups if they prefer? There are many reliable free WordPress plugins available for daily backups, so this should be an optional feature, not a surprise charge.
Transparent pricing builds trust. Hidden costs do the opposite.
For users who value cost clarity and calculations, tools like https://goldpricejordan.com/ jordan agent calculator for price are a great example of how pricing transparency should be handled.

Add Off-site Backup charges to the pricing table and include a simple calculator to estimate monthly backup fees. Create relevancy by linking it with the Instant Money Math Calculator to solve all your financial equations https://calculatorcave.com/calculators/financial/money-math-calculator/ helping users quickly compute storage costs and plan budgets accurately using CalculatorCave tools.

I totally agree — off-site backup charges should definitely be more transparent in the pricing table. It would also be super helpful to have a calculator to estimate these fees based on storage size and frequency. I’ve seen this kind of tool work really well in other contexts — for example, I use an ACFT Calculator to easily track and predict fitness scores. A simple fee calculator here could go a long way in avoiding billing surprises and building more trust with users. https://acftcalculator.co.uk/

It would be much clearer and more customer-friendly if the off-site backup charges were listed upfront in the pricing table. Including a calculator—like https://lacapitalrecursos.com/la-calculadora-de-alicia/—to estimate these fees could really help users plan ahead and avoid billing surprises.

I was unaware of off-site backup charges until checking my billing. Similarly, tools like the https://stockshareaverage.in/ should be transparent, with no hidden costs, just like free WordPress backup plugins.

Add estimator so that potential customers can know. Include different servers, plans, backup fee, traffics and disk usage etc.
I wanted to know what's going to be my cost for a big project and tell clients how much he needs to pay but I can't because I can't give good estimate.
